Great deal! I got my timberland work boots for $100.00+ less than the timberland website, and free shipping. My order came four days sooner than expected. My order couldn't have come at a better time because I had been tapping my old pair of boots for over two months. The only reason I could afford new work boots was because of construction gear.com. 5 stars well deserved!!!

Not informed of back order Placing order no problem, however couple days later got email stating boots were at least month on backorder. Needed boots soon NOT a month or more. Back order was NOT mentioned anywhere during order process, only in email couple days after payment. Your company should know of any back order items and inform customers UPFRONT about back order. thanks

Ordered three Wells coats and I messed up one of the orders. I have ordered three Wells coats for my sons in law and me and for one I posted the wrong size. I found an email link on your site and was able to contact one of your agents before the coat was shipped. She immediately took the time to change the order to the correct size BEFORE it was shipped. I don't know of any other online company that would do this or even take the time to respond to my email. You have a great system for handling orders.
