Womans' Workboots. I ordered workbooks for my granddaughter. Immediately after placing my order, I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I called customer service, and the woman who answered the phone couldn't have been more helpful! This is one of the few places I found that actually carried womans' steel-toed workbooks. The boots arrived quickly and they are perfect!

Ordered three Wells coats and I messed up one of the orders. I have ordered three Wells coats for my sons in law and me and for one I posted the wrong size. I found an email link on your site and was able to contact one of your agents before the coat was shipped. She immediately took the time to change the order to the correct size BEFORE it was shipped. I don't know of any other online company that would do this or even take the time to respond to my email. You have a great system for handling orders.

The belt is damaged and can't be worn The belt is damaged and can't be worn. The leather wrinkled up oddly when used. I have to wonder if it is leather or maybe just a mistake in process this time. Love your belts I've had before. Can't figure out why these two are sub-par. Please refund my money or replace with better product. John Downey
