Love your belts I've had before. Can't figure out why these two are sub-par. Please refund my money or replace with better product. John Downey

The jacket is great The jacket is great. I had to return the first jacket because it was the wrong size, my fault not theirs. The return process was a piece of cake, the only issue was the replacement got lost in processing and shipped after I called to inquire. However, it got to me faster than the first one. Great customer service and pleasant employees to talk with.
