I searched and found my dream boots I had been looking for a women boots that was not too heavy and comfortable. Well I took a chance a put in search engine and you company came up. I decided to give it a chance and I now have a go to online store.

My order was GREAT! My order was processed, packed and shipped in a very timely manner. The products were exactly as they were described and pictured. The order was delivered 2 days ahead of schedule and in excellent condition!! Construction Gear is professional, honest, and they have competitive pricing; Construction Gear will continue to receive my business for the foreseeable future!! 😉

Not informed of back order Placing order no problem, however couple days later got email stating boots were at least month on backorder. Needed boots soon NOT a month or more. Back order was NOT mentioned anywhere during order process, only in email couple days after payment. Your company should know of any back order items and inform customers UPFRONT about back order. thanks

inventory online incorrect I purchased a pair of boots, that said they were available online but were actually out of stock. Waited a few days to be contacted when they would be back in. After a week I reached out myself to customer service and was told they wouldn’t be available for two months. Asked for a refund without any further issues. Wish inventory would have been up to date online when I made my purchase. And that they would of contacted me with estimated restock time.

The belt is damaged and can't be worn The belt is damaged and can't be worn. The leather wrinkled up oddly when used. I have to wonder if it is leather or maybe just a mistake in process this time. Love your belts I've had before. Can't figure out why these two are sub-par. Please refund my money or replace with better product. John Downey
