Not informed of back order Placing order no problem, however couple days later got email stating boots were at least month on backorder. Needed boots soon NOT a month or more. Back order was NOT mentioned anywhere during order process, only in email couple days after payment. Your company should know of any back order items and inform customers UPFRONT about back order. thanks

Womans' Workboots. I ordered workbooks for my granddaughter. Immediately after placing my order, I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I called customer service, and the woman who answered the phone couldn't have been more helpful! This is one of the few places I found that actually carried womans' steel-toed workbooks.
