No-Notice Never got a notice of shipping so I had to repeatedly call your company to find out the status of my order.

I purchased a Graco pair holes and… I purchased a Graco pair holes and material holes for a texture machine that on their website said came with an adapter but when I it arrived there was no adapter. I called and spoke to a guy I believe his name was Ben and he said the picture was posted on accident and would not honor the sale he said the $50 part he could not give to me. So I asked for my money back and I went to integrity supplies and Chuck was very helpful and the holes was $50 cheaper. They then kept giving me the runaround and would not return my phone calls when I asked for my refund it's been about a week and I still have not received my refund and no answers or calls as to when I would receive it. Would not recommend this company.

Great Customer Support Unfortunately, the post office lost our shipment from Al's Taping Tools & Spray Equipment. I called after a week of the USPS showing the shipment as basically missing. Great customer support and very friendly on the phone. I hope they at least received their product back from the post office. I would recommend doing business with this company.

All products arived fast safe and in… All products arived fast safe and in perfect working order. Cannot beat the service or the tools for the price. The platinum box set i recieved worked better than i had expeced would definitely purchase again. And aill likely deal with Al's in the future.

Great with ordering easily online… Great with ordering easily online products gets shipped and delivered in a very timely manner. I had one product that had got sent back from ups and as soon as Al's received the product back they automatically refunded money back to my card with out having to make one call or email
