I would have gave five stars but the… I would have gave five stars but the part I ordered was absolutely horrible in quality control on the machining process. Not really als problem it’s just amazing that a part so poorly made ever made it out of the factory

Good after purchase service. My purchase was for a finishing set and a few other items, when it arrived one item was was marked Backorder ? I received that item it was a miss mark on the paperwork. For a different item I was missing. This was late and sent in to customer service the problem. When I called about noon next day they had already shipped the item I was missing. Maybe a small problem but was handled correct and quickly. Also when you call you can talk to a real english speaking person.

You just can't beat Al's I have ordered from Al's through Amazon, Ebay, and Al's website. You just can't beat them on price and speed of shipping. I had one issue with the wrong item being shipped and they had the correct item on my porch before many companies would have any item here.
