Good after purchase service. My purchase was for a finishing set and a few other items, when it arrived one item was was marked Backorder ? I received that item it was a miss mark on the paperwork. For a different item I was missing. This was late and sent in to customer service the problem. When I called about noon next day they had already shipped the item I was missing. Maybe a small problem but was handled correct and quickly. Also when you call you can talk to a real english speaking person.

Email with tracking no. never sent The ordering process was easy. After placing the rider I received an email stating that I would receive another email with tracking info once it was shipped. We'll, I never received that email.

Great Customer Support Unfortunately, the post office lost our shipment from Al's Taping Tools & Spray Equipment. I called after a week of the USPS showing the shipment as basically missing. Great customer support and very friendly on the phone. I hope they at least received their product back from the post office. I would recommend doing business with this company.

I purchased a Graco pair holes and… I purchased a Graco pair holes and material holes for a texture machine that on their website said came with an adapter but when I it arrived there was no adapter. I called and spoke to a guy I believe his name was Ben and he said the picture was posted on accident and would not honor the sale he said the $50 part he could not give to me. So I asked for my money back and I went to integrity supplies and Chuck was very helpful and the holes was $50 cheaper. They then kept giving me the runaround and would not return my phone calls when I asked for my refund it's been about a week and I still have not received my refund and no answers or calls as to when I would receive it. Would not recommend this company.

great products, sketchy delivery It didn’t take too long to receive the items I ordered, but it did feel a little sketchy in between waiting. I only received one strange looking email saying the order was placed and I’d be receiving an email with tracking. Never got that email.. I got an email on delivery day asking for my rating. I requested the tracking # and got a response very quick! And found out it was being delivered that day. Also, the website is a little difficult to find things, but unique with the items I needed.
