Great Customer Support Unfortunately, the post office lost our shipment from Al's Taping Tools & Spray Equipment. I called after a week of the USPS showing the shipment as basically missing. Great customer support and very friendly on the phone. I hope they at least received their product back from the post office. I would recommend doing business with this company.

Well Well, you have a lot of stuff on backorder, but you still charge me for it. I also have never received any communication about when it will be in or when I will get it.

3rd order from Alstapingtools Cut out the middleman and buy directly from Al. I could buy direct from China but Al has the purchasing power to drive the China price down & he screens what he sells. Al has a low markup so,.. If you have been using a 4" & 10" knife for 20 years Al can help you explore the mechanical "assistants" he sells.

Good customer service Placed an order for a high dollar "in stock" item at the beginning of August. Product was not in stock. Due to manufacturer delay, item was received at the end of September. I was fortunate to create a contact in customer service. I spoke solely to this individual. He was very honest about the situation. Always took my calls (for status of item) and called back with additional information. Because of the customer service, I would order from this company again.

No-Notice Never got a notice of shipping so I had to repeatedly call your company to find out the status of my order.
