GBI made an order I made an order, item was not in stock, got an email stating item will be available at a later date, then got an email item would not be available. I cancelled my order. I like the fact that I was kept informed about my order. I would consider using safety girl again. I disliked that I got a survey asking how my recent purchase went considering I wasn't able to make a purchase.

GBI’d buy them again My Steel Blue boots made my feet feel tremendously better the first day of wearing them. My feet had long suffered from wearing a less comfortable boots. The expense was a concern initially, but turned out to be well worth the buy. My feet are doing much better and I’m super glad I bought them.

GBI'm not happy with my experience I'm not happy with my experience. I placed my order a month ago. The status still says "preparing to ship" over a week ago I did the customer service chat, the person said I would get an updated status email the next day. Never happened. I send a different email still haven't received a response. Then today I get an email asking me to fill out this survey when I would really like to hear from customer service.

GBLadies, you need boots this is the place! Safety Girl was absolutely AWESOME! Not only did you trade me out for a smaller size but you kept in contact with me the whole entire time! And I absolutely LOVE my Rockport boots! I am definitely a satisfied and happy customer! I will definitely be shopping with you all again! I'm so glad my co-worker told me about this company!

GBExcellent boots Excellent boots! I am extremely pleased with this purchase. When working with my Highlander cows, they protect my feet. They also look amazing. Will purchase an additional pair to wear out and about!
