Tried to buy a shoe that apparently… Tried to buy a shoe that apparently wasn't in stock and not only did it not state that it wasn't in stock, my money was taken and I THEN got an email the next day about the shoe not being in stock. What a waste of time considering I had looked everywhere for those shoes and was so happy I had finally found them just to be let down because your company can't keep up with inventory. Do better.

I made an order I made an order, item was not in stock, got an email stating item will be available at a later date, then got an email item would not be available. I cancelled my order. I like the fact that I was kept informed about my order. I would consider using safety girl again. I disliked that I got a survey asking how my recent purchase went considering I wasn't able to make a purchase.

I chose the most expensive shipping… I chose the most expensive shipping time and yet it kept getting delayed.. do not recommend and will not use again.

I really love your boots I really love your boots, and all the colors you have. I love colorful clothes and boots ! The only thing I would change is the shoelaces they need to be rougher, and keep making these without the zippers. It’s really hard to find just lace up boots ! I really am serious about orange if you could make a pretty pair of orange boots I would be your first customer ! Thank you, Karen Bunney

Excellent Customer Service, Great Product! I recently ordered a pair of the Purple Safety Boots for my sister's birthday. She works full days on her feet in a creative industry and requires comfort and protection from her boots. She seems very pleased with the fit and protection provided, in addition the purple color is more intense than shown in the pictures. Safety Girl put a hold on my order because I made a mistake in providing the billing information. They called me to confirm my information and prevent a fraudulent purchase. They were polite and helpful throughout the entire process and I appreciate their efforts to prevent credit card fraud. I will recommend Safety Girl to my friends and I am very likely to purchase from Safety Girl in the future!
