Excellent Customer Service, Great Product! I recently ordered a pair of the Purple Safety Boots for my sister's birthday. She works full days on her feet in a creative industry and requires comfort and protection from her boots. She seems very pleased with the fit and protection provided, in addition the purple color is more intense than shown in the pictures. Safety Girl put a hold on my order because I made a mistake in providing the billing information. They called me to confirm my information and prevent a fraudulent purchase. They were polite and helpful throughout the entire process and I appreciate their efforts to prevent credit card fraud. The customer service representice was helpful and got me the right size to be sent out right away and the information on how to return the wrong size I had orders by mistake.
