first time using your monitor 12 "… first time using your monitor 12 " series , called for some technical information and advise , got through to somebody on the first call . this person was knowledgeable and motivated to help . delivered in two days , mounting was easy with the hardware provided , was able to get my milltronics milling back up and running in three days , from picking up the phone to installation in three days . hope next time i do business with beetronics it will go as smooth as first time.

It seems to be very stable and responsive, used as a confidence monitor ringed by virtual control buttons that are generated by a Crestron control system, in a college lecture hall.

This monitor is exactly what I expected. This monitor is exactly what I expected. The only issues are (1) the folding stand is VERY tight and I am concerned that the monitor is going to break when I unfold it, and (2) when my computer goes to sleep, I hear a "beep" from the computer every few seconds. This never happened with other monitors that I have used.

Was a little nervous with the purchase and the company, as I had never heard of them before, nor could I find any google reviews. However they had what I was looking for, so I took the chance. They arrived, the shipping box was damaged from shipping, however the monitors were fine and in great shape. I tested them all out, and everything is working the way it should. Having the SDI ability, makes it super easy, not having to have extra SDI to HDMI converters laying around the place. Using it on a gig this week, so if no more news, means its good news.
