I had the best experience ever not only because of their Generosity but how fast they responded they were live texting. I needed gloves for my 96-year-old father they had to have powder in them. He’s a World Warll veteran and October 16 he will be 96. They donated this to my father because he was a vet. I will from now on be loyal to a company who is loyal to the veterans. Showed me empathy and care I have to say that even though Mersi wasn't able to fulfill my order on time, they showed such kindness and empathy. They sent me Flowers and Chocolates with an apology.
