GBI love this mask and this company I love this mask and this company! Not only is this a durable mask that’s holds up to regular washing, but it is comfortable and light weight too. I love that a member of the customer service team, Rob, took the time to call me to discuss my order. It was wonderful to actually be able to talk to a human about my order, it is rather rare these days. Cannot recommend this mask and company enough, great experience!

GBJumped to conclusions too fast Like many I ordered binax tests and was quite disturbed when the order was abruptly canceled days later. I expressed my displeasure on here but have since discovered that this wasn’t an intent to mislead rather an honest hit to Mersi’s supply chain due to the federal government. I have since received replacements for my order and while not what I originally ordered it is a solid replacement. I am big enough to admit that I judged this family company too harshly and too quickly. They have remedied the situation and I can only imagine how hard they must have been working to get this done.

GBSATISFIED customer Mersi has been very helpful with my order process and getting the whole test kit situation figured out. When I originally placed my order I found out that it could not be fulfilled because the government had trumped their order with their vendor and ultimately took their stock. But, they were very responsive and were able to provide me with the information on how to get replacement kits. I can tell they are all working hard to make things right and I appreciate more than I can put into words.

GBShowed me empathy and care I have to say that even though Mersi wasn't able to fulfill my order on time, they showed such kindness and empathy. They sent me Flowers and Chocolates with an apology. Most places would've not cared and moved on. They also sent me some FDA approved Covid rapid tests yesterday it was such a wonderful surprise! Thank you for your goodwill. Appreciate it very much.
