Disappointed with Order Cancellation I was disappointed when my initial order for the six BinaxNOW home Covid testing kits was cancelled. As for the replacements, I have not used them yet, so I cannot comment on their ease of use or accuracy of results.

Sold me an item that they didn't have… Sold me an item that they didn't have in stock. Then, offered to switch to an inferior product, but at the same price as the item I originally purchased. The website should NOT allow you to put items in your cart, let alone CHARGE you for items they don't have in stock! I will say, however, that they did do a quick and honest refund. Still, need to fix your inventory/website.
