Showed me empathy and care I have to say that even though Mersi wasn't able to fulfill my order on time, they showed such kindness and empathy. They sent me Flowers and Chocolates with an apology. When I originally placed my order I found out that it could not be fulfilled because the government had trumped their order with their vendor and ultimately took their stock. But, they were very responsive and were able to provide me with the information on how to get replacement kits.
