Amazing customer service Amazing customer service! Spoke with Evan @2pm wed and placed an order that we had forgotten to order. We live in Northern Vermont and everything takes a bit longer. Excellent experience I just started dealing with this company and right away I noticed That their customer service is just 100% top-notch. Within a period of three days. I reached out to them once by phone and once by email with a question and they were available right away and took care of what I needed done. They also have great prices and they get the orders out super quick.

Terrible service Terrible service. Order items over a week ago, was told they would arrive in 4 - 5 days. The tracking site shows a partial shipment left after 9 days, they rest has only a shipping label printed; i.e. hasn't made it to the shipper. I send emails... no response. Called, was told I'd have a response within 24 hours... heard nothing. I'm about to cancel the whole thing.

What can I say What can I say? With a shortage in pex fittings, these guys had what I needed available, in stock and ready to ship out. What no plumber can find in Houston, Texas, fittings and valves came in clutch. I will continue ordering through them.
