Terrible service Terrible service. Order items over a week ago, was told they would arrive in 4 - 5 days. The tracking site shows a partial shipment left after 9 days, they rest has only a shipping label printed; i.e. hasn't made it to the shipper. I send emails... no response. Called, was told I'd have a response within 24 hours... heard nothing. I'm about to cancel the whole thing.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service! Spoke with Evan @2pm wed and placed an order that we had forgotten to order. We live in Northern Vermont and everything takes a bit longer. Very happy to say it was at our doorstep in under 24 hours with no shipping cost. Bravo Evan and gang! We appreciate the amazing customer service. We will be back.
