Amazing customer service Amazing customer service! Spoke with Evan @2pm wed and placed an order that we had forgotten to order. We live in Northern Vermont and everything takes a bit longer. Terrible service Terrible service. Order items over a week ago, was told they would arrive in 4 - 5 days. The tracking site shows a partial shipment left after 9 days, they rest has only a shipping label printed; i.e. hasn't made it to the shipper. I send emails... no response. Called, was told I'd have a response within 24 hours... heard nothing. I'm about to cancel the whole thing.
