GBI contacted costumer service 3 times… I contacted costumer service 3 times regarding missing parts in my shipment and provided that parts list and quantity of what I needed. I never received that hardware I needed and eventually got tired of waiting, so just bought that parts I needed. Very Disappointed.

Your not paying taxes here, your profits are not spent here and I refuse to send my money to Oklahoma. Buy and spend locally.

GBTheir service & delivery was great. Their communication was great in locating the JD part I needed. I know I am not alone in experiencing the problems of very limited supplies of JD parts. A Western employee went out of his way to not only locate a scarce attachment, but as soon as I ordered it he made sure it was shipped timely and I received it the date they said it would arrive. I found Western when I watched one of their instructive You Tube videos on installing JD attachments. They offer new customers a discount on some orders. Nice place to do business with.
