Good process Honestly, I came to Western Equipment because they had in stock something that Lowes and HD did not. Even though their price was higher, with the $20 coupon it was almost as competitive. The ordering process was straightforward, and product delivered as expected.

I contacted costumer service 3 times… I contacted costumer service 3 times regarding missing parts in my shipment and provided that parts list and quantity of what I needed. I never received that hardware I needed and eventually got tired of waiting, so just bought that parts I needed. Very Disappointed.

Excellent team Excellent team. Good communication, my packages were on time, no delivery charges, nice notes in packages from employees AND a free hat.
