USNo Customer Service available I ordered a switch from them after Christmas. I ordered the wrong one and since have been trying to get a hold of them to see how to return the switch and get the right one. I have sent 6 emails to their customer service and I have attempted to call their customer service number several times which sounds like a standard cellphone!!! It rings, nobody answers and a standard voicemail picks up!!! I am so upset! I spent $193 and can't get a hold of anybody from this company!!!!!

USI ordered a K19 I ordered a K19 and selected 2 day shipping, but found out in the package tracking that it was not sent through the method I had paid for. I ended up getting the package after about a week and in the process I called to get a refund on the shipping. I talked to a rep and within about 5 minutes I had the money back. The guy that helped me was honest and personable. It was simply a human error for whenever they shipped it out. Turned a lame situation into a good one.
