I'm very dissatisfied I'm very dissatisfied. I place an order on Nov 29, 2023. I quickly got order confirmation and order processing emails and have not heard anything back from them since. It's been over a month now. Repeated phone calls only go to a voicemail box and they do not respond to emails. They quickly took my money though. My account was debited within two business days of ordering.

Reynaud's hands This product is wonderful for my Reynauds afflicted hands. I cannot find another actual heated keyboard and I've owned several of these at each company I've worked for. They continually get high praise from my coworkers and everyone wants one of their own. Thank you for making something like this.
