Bahco ERGO™ Pointed Heavy Duty Professional Bow Saw 21" Excellent saw, well-balanced, does the job. I gave 4/5 stars ONLY because the handle is a little too big to fit my hand comfortably (but no problem for my husband). If you have small hands, you might want to consider a different Bahco saw, possibly one without the ERGO handle -- this is an operator issue, not a product issue! I will be ordering again from Auto Tool World. This was my first experience and it was perfect: smooth transaction, timely delivery, and the order was packed extremely well.

Easy return process I placed an overnight order for some mandrel bend exhaust pieces and unfortunately it turned out that they wouldn't fit my application. They processed the return with no questions or hassles. I have ordered other products in the past and have always been satisfied and this was no different.

Great tool - perfect for the job needed Great tool, my husband needed it for a specific task at work but expects to use it frequently since it’s so versatile and of great quality. The case it comes in is exactly what’s needed to keep it organized and on hand. He said he’ll have to keep this locked up in the big box at work or it would disappear.

Company does not follow their own… Company does not follow their own policy as listed on their site faqs. Ordered item that shows 'in-stock', company immediately charges my CC but does not ship item. Had to follow-up two weeks later as there was zero communication. They did respond. Company blames OEM 'pushback', whatever that means, and that I will need to wait an addition 7-10 business days. Item still shows in-stock on their site and their faqs still state that they will not charge until shipped. Oh yeah, fast shipping prominently displayed, lol. Any guesses if they'll ship in 7-10 business days. Auto Tool World. I like your pricing on some of your items but, in the future, I do not expect to do further business with your company ... whether I receive the item or eventually have to cancel/charge-back my order.
