They took 4 days to answer my last email. If you call their number there is no live person on the line.

Great buy! I ordered an anvil assembly for my Ingersoll 2235 1/2in impact driver from this company. My expectations were more than satisfied. The part was the cheapest here and everything was handled with professionalism and quick delivery. I would definitely buy again from these guys if I need more parts for my Ingersoll impact driver.

Company does not follow their own… Company does not follow their own policy as listed on their site faqs. Ordered item that shows 'in-stock', company immediately charges my CC but does not ship item. Had to follow-up two weeks later as there was zero communication. They did respond. Company blames OEM 'pushback', whatever that means, and that I will need to wait an addition 7-10 business days. Item still shows in-stock on their site and their faqs still state that they will not charge until shipped. Oh yeah, fast shipping prominently displayed, lol. Any guesses if they'll ship in 7-10 business days. Auto Tool World. I like your pricing on some of your items but, in the future, I do not expect to do further business with your company ... whether I receive the item or eventually have to cancel/charge-back my order.

Great customer service Ordered a plastifix kit that was not available at any of my local stores. I shopped online and found their prices were very competitive. They answered my questions about delivery and upon receiving the item, i was happy to see it was well protected in the package. i'm happy with the customer service and item i received from Auto Tool World, and i expect to do business with them again in the future.
