replacement part found for discontinued original part The part for my vacuum pump was obsolete. The coupling was not an exact replacement but allowed me to repair my pump and put it back into 100% operation. The order process was simple. I'm very dissatisfied I'm very dissatisfied. I place an order on Nov 29, 2023. I quickly got order confirmation and order processing emails and have not heard anything back from them since. It's been over a month now. Repeated phone calls only go to a voicemail box and they do not respond to emails. They quickly took my money though. My account was debited within two business days of ordering.

Bahco ERGO™ Pointed Heavy Duty Professional Bow Saw 21" Excellent saw, well-balanced, does the job. I gave 4/5 stars ONLY because the handle is a little too big to fit my hand comfortably (but no problem for my husband). If you have small hands, you might want to consider a different Bahco saw, possibly one without the ERGO handle -- this is an operator issue, not a product issue! I will be ordering again from Auto Tool World. This was my first experience and it was perfect: smooth transaction, timely delivery, and the order was packed extremely well.
