GBBuyer Beware Buyer Beware: Connectivity Issues and Hidden Costs with Yarbo I backed Yarbo on Kickstarter with high hopes for a revolutionary product, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The most glaring issue is the Yarbo's consistent inability to connect to WiFi and GPS networks, rendering it essentially inoperable. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot these issues with the Yarbo support team, the device remains unreliable and unusable for its intended purposes. As an initial backer, the financial commitment has also become increasingly burdensome. What was initially an exciting investment has doubled in cost due to unexpected additional charges required to make the Yarbo functional. The extra money and countless hours spent interacting with support have not translated into a usable product. For a gadget that costs almost as much as a car, one would expect a seamless and efficient performance, but Yarbo has fallen far short. The lack of transparency and reliability from the company has been disappointing. Prospective buyers should exercise caution and consider waiting until these significant issues are resolved and the company demonstrates honesty and reliability in their product and customer interactions. As it stands, Yarbo is not worth the investment. I would also be leery of the 4 and 5 star reviews. I am part of a community of early supporters and none of those name look familiar to me.

GBOverall Yarbo has been one of the best… Overall Yarbo has been one of the best companies I have worked with and I love the product. They created the first ever robot that does it all and on its own by itself. The team is very honest and has been helping all of us that have invested every step of the way. I personally trust and believe in them and am very excited for al that is to come.

GBMy robot was well made and high… My robot was well made and high quality. Support was responsive when I contacted them. Software needs work but since it's software, I hope it gets better overtime. The price of the robot and the accessories are way too high.

CAGreat and getting better I’ve had my Yarbo since December, and am located near Montreal, Quebec, Canada. While we did not get as much snow as usual, I did have several opportunities to try it out. What I can honestly say is that for the first production run of the Yarbo+S1 unit, the build quality is impressive, and the company’s commitment to supporting the product and customers is far beyond my expectations. The product is not perfect, but several firmware and app updates have definitely improved it. It struggles with very heavy and wet snow, much like my electric SnowJoe snow blower does. Otherwise, it clears snow very, very well. It can clear snow all the way to my pavement with little to no snow left. I’ve had some issues with network connectivity and GPS/RTK positioning, but I realized that my placement of the RTK antenna was less than ideal and will be moving it to get better results. The app and firmware improvements have me confident that I will not need to renew my snow removal contract next winter. Keep up the GREAT work Yarbo team! I’m very impressed with this product and have many jealous neighbors! Can’t wait to receive the upcoming M1 and continue to play with my Yarbo!

GBMany pros and some thing to work on The build quality is good. The packaging is great. The customer support is even better. The bad is the software. Issues with android app not working with default channel of wifi, I had to find an iphone to get that corrected. Need to use stainless steel screws on the output snow chute; I'm sure you all see the rust everywhere on that part. The throwing is weak and definitely have to remove the guard and sides in order to do any real work.
