Needs to have the new invention troubles ironed out but they'll have it nailed in v2. Disclaimer that I was also a beta tester, the progress they made between beta to v1 was magical and impressive. Would recommend, too bad the price is too high for my friends and family.

I bought in early because I saw the technology they were using and really believe in what they are trying to do. When I got my S1 unit, it really exceeded my expectations for performance. I only had a handful of opportunities to use it over the winter and oddly enough ran into one of the lights having a loose connection, the Yarbo team instantly said we have a whole new unit headed your way. The support has far surpassed what I hoped for. I really look forward to continuing this journey with this team!

GBI was a kickstarter backer. I was a kickstarter backer. I have had nothing but success with the Yarbo. Full disclosure: only able to use the S1 unit twice this winter due to lack of snowfall; however, the Yarbo has handled both masterfully. It throws snow and scrapes the driveway as well as any man-piloted snowblower unit. For the Yarbo company, they have been supportive and provides immediate responses (within 24 hours) to inquiries. For example, my original Yarbo unit had difficulties finding GPS. Yarbo kept in constant communication and even provided a new unit free of charge. The new unit works phenomenally. I recommend the unit to all friends and family. Some notes: the first time setup is a bit difficult and tedious taking multiple hours and involves tasks not suitable for everyone like hammering stakes and mounting an antenna on the roof. Also, there's connection issues if you do not have a proper wifi setup (I use a Mesh system to cover my entire lot). Overall, very happy with the purchase and feel supported by the company.

GBI think that my Yarbo product is well made. I think that my Yarbo product is well made with excellent customer service. There are some first generation issues that required software updates to resolve or improve. I still have issues with blowing wet snow as it gets clogged in the discharge chute much more than my gas driven snow blower. Overall, I am happy with this product and can't wait to see it cut my lawn.

GBOutstanding Customer Service! Outstanding customer service is what this company is all about. Any issue with the unit is quickly addressed and remedied. Yarbo should be an example to all companies for their superior service.
