It took 4+ months to get our part… It took 4+ months to get our part because they held our order until they had "enough orders" to send to the manufacturer. Still cheaper than buying a new food processor, but they need to be realistic with the shipping time frame, we were originally told 2-5weeks. My husband made multiple calls to them and was given attitude a couple of times by the reps he talked to. He did have to get firm with them, but he does not raise his voice or yell/scream as I do not tolerate it (I work in customer service). Overall the part is great and does what it's supposed to do, but the service is poor and expectations are unrealistic.
