GBAura Gravity Ventilator Our new 2 story home had a powered vent on the roof and was always running because the attic was so hot. The rooms upstairs were hot as well and A/C could not keep up. After replacing with a 24" Aura Gravity Ventilator and with the outside temperatures still hot, we could drastically feel the temperature drop in the upstairs area of our home. Not only is it cooler it is now quieter and we are saving energy. This is the second house that we have installed an Aura Gravity Ventilator, and both are now considered a huge success for us.

GBGreat product great service The particular roof vent I ordered was great in both quality and craftsmanship and I consider the price very reasonable. The best part was that I called because I needed a simple addition to the vent and guy who helped me over the phone quickly understood what I needed and was very friendly.

GBRoof vent arrived damaged The vent arrived damaged. It was in a sturdy corrugated box, which was perfectly intact when I received it. However, the box was much larger than the vent, which was just placed loose in the box, along with one small loose piece of bubble wrap. The vent was not protected at all from crashing around inside the box. I opted to bend the vent back into shape, use some screws to hold it together, and patch up the damaged finish coating, rather than hassle with a return and a delay in installation. It seems clear the damage occurred either inside the undamaged box during transit, or, worse, at the factory before it was packed

GB03/21/2019 03/21/2019, I emailed roofvents.com some pictures on my kitchen, bathroom and roof vent. Later spoke with Ethan half hours on the phone. At the end,Ethan offer his expert advise on what I really need and don't need, without pushing to sale anything to me. I REALLY APPRECIATE HIS HONEST ADVISE. I will recommend this company to anyone as they are honest people. I was going to buy some replacement vent and hoping it will fix my problem but Ethan said I would do it but will not solve my problem. Thank you!

GBafter 13-15 years they still perform like it was day one i bought of pair of Active Vent retrofits -- 13-15 Years ago (!) to replace those useless turbine spinners -- i noticed brown spots on my ceiling - surprised to discover they were letting in rain and they were in good shape and spun fairly fast. i just took out the spinners - fit these retrofits in - they fit just right - fastened the standing vent pipe with some galvanized screws - easy peasy. Fast forward to 2019 - they still look great although the label has faded from being exposed to the sun - They do not let the rain in - and i live in the NYC area which saw back to back hurricanes - Irene in 2011 and the devastating Hurricane Sandy 2012. These retrofit vents will prob out last me.
