Excellent first experience with Great Lakes Power Tools. Searched online for a specific Milwaukee recip. saw blade - GLPT had them at a very good price. The shipping charge seemed realistic (not inflated into a profit-center) and the product arrived quickly, and exactly as advertised. I'll shop at Great Lakes Power Tools again.

Milwaukee hammer drill delivered on time and works great! The Milwaukee drill is for my son who is remodeling his house! We are three generations of Milwaukee tool users, my father was an electrician and jack of all trades. He is still the winner with the most Milwaukee tools! Being 84 he has the advantage! Amazing customer service in this day and age... I ordered an expensive tool late in the day one day, with a note that if there were any shipping issues at (I'm in Alaska, and we often have shipping issues of all sorts of varieties). I also had it shipped Priority Overnight because not having this tool could potentially hold up a commercial plumbing job... Not only did I almost immediately receive a quick e-mail from an ACTUAL HUMAN addressing my concerns, I also received a phone call early the next day from another ACTUAL HUMAN confirming my order and that it had already been prioritized and shipped. Needless to say, customer service of this caliber has become a rarity in this day and age. Not only did I get a great price on my $500 tool, Great Lakes Power Tools has made me a customer for life.

Great first impression of Milwaukee staple gun. So far, it is the best staple gun I have used. I have gone through many over the years--Arrow, Power Shot, and Stanley among others. The Arrows were okay at first, but did not last. The Power shot and Stanley were extremely mediocre right from the beginning. The Milwaukee feels the most solid and has many nice features that no one else has--Belt clip, beveled nose for angled firing, built in hammer and staple remover. Milwaukee also makes the best utility knife I have ever owned.
