Very helpful customer service I called after placing my order to add some items. I did not want to place another order and have to pay additional shipping. The person I spoke with had no problem fixing my mistake quickly and curteosly. My entire order shipped later that day not to mention for the cheapest price I could find on the internet. Everything arrived quickly and I was back to work with my new tools.

Amazing customer service in this day and age... I ordered an expensive tool late in the day one day, with a note that if there were any shipping issues at (I'm in Alaska, and we often have shipping issues of all sorts of varieties). I also had it shipped Priority Overnight because not having this tool could potentially hold up a commercial plumbing job... Not only did I almost immediately receive a quick e-mail from an ACTUAL HUMAN addressing my concerns, I also received a phone call early the next day from another ACTUAL HUMAN confirming my order and that it had already been prioritized and shipped. Needless to say, customer service of this caliber has become a rarity in this day and age. Not only did I get a great price on my $500 tool, Great Lakes Power Tools has made me a customer for life.

Great Customer Service I had an issue when they added $2 to my orders shipping because i added a small screw that coulda been just tossed in with the other stuff. They immediately saw that I complained on my review and corrected it. They like to keep customers happy apparently. That's what every company should do. Small and insignificant but meant the world to me. I will definitely shop here again!!!
