GBCustomer service not great, product good I ordered an ice maker. It arrived and was too large. I made arrangements to return and was given a return code. I paid shipping to return it and provided the tracking info to VivoHome. They couldn't understand the tracking, even though there were provided the link, a picture of the receipt and a spelling out tracking code. Then once they confirmed that they did receive (after I send proof they received) it took weeks for a refund. Eventually it all got resolved and the other product, an air purifier, works beautifully.

GBBought a heat press Bought a heat press, emailed them with questions after experiencing issues 13 month in. They responded saying, sorry your warranty has expired. I asked if they could at least trouble shoot the error codes displayed via email. Response was crickets. Just know - if you run into problems, you’re on your own. Love your tone deaf response VH. I contacted support, no response! You asked me to send the the error codes and pictures and I did. No response!

GBGreat online retailer. I’ve order a few times from Vivohome and have always been very satisfied. My last purchase was a kitchen food scale. I love the sleek design and it’s small footprint. It takes up almost no space at all. Shipping was pretty fast to California, I think it was only 3 days.
