Great online retailer. I’ve order a few times from Vivohome and have always been very satisfied. My last purchase was a kitchen food scale. I love the sleek design and it’s small footprint. It takes up almost no space at all. Shipping was pretty fast to California, I think it was only 3 days.

Happy customer Very happy with vivo home products. I have many items. I have a small business in my home and the heat press and lift desk are amazing for my work. Friendly customer support and when I needed a new item it was sent right away. Look forward to more items.

Never get deliver direct home. Never get deliver direct home. pickup at post office or Fed-Ex (So before you except the product open and Check your order) if brock product you refuse to except and RETURN TO SENDER. Take the pictures and keep the receipt. If you order direct deliver to home they send you a broken product return by other customer and pin on you and offer $30. I bought -$234.00 Cook Top June 6, 2022. Thanks God I always use Pay Pal got back my refund on July 1, 2022 and that's because I Use PayPal and PayPal look all avoidance and help me to my refund If PayPaI not there I 100% sure Vivohome rip-off me -$234.00 very easy. Thanks PayPal Keeping the good honest work.

Customer service not great, product good I ordered an ice maker. It arrived and was too large. I made arrangements to return and was given a return code. I paid shipping to return it and provided the tracking info to VivoHome. They couldn't understand the tracking, even though there were provided the link, a picture of the receipt and a spelling out tracking code. Then once they confirmed that they did receive (after I send proof they received) it took weeks for a refund. Eventually it all got resolved and the other product, an air purifier, works beautifully.
