GBHeidi is great! First of all I want to commend Heidi in customer service. Being an individual who has been in the customer service industry for years, I can spot a great representative when I see one. She has always been kind and very respectful and patient with all of my needs and requests. The products that MIRA safety provide are of the highest quality and that means a lot in today’s world. I am now and will continue to be a loyal customer of MIRA safety. GBUPS sucks. Your company is great. UPS sucks at delivery. The driver just left the previous order on some stairs. The package is gone and I’m out of some money. UPS would not even offer to return lace the package. At least Fed Ex and DHL makes the effort to do their job. I got the this recent order .

DEGreat service I read several reviews before making the purchase , (a big purchase) I was doubtful about the delivery time by reading the many complaints but . in the end I placed the order also because some things are really complicated to find elsewhere and I can do nothing but compliment the service order from germany the goods arrived in only 2 days and the quality of the equipment is really good I will definitely buy again and i was very satisfied

GBSuper disappointed in everything Customer support is great. Product is not. The straps are very low quality. They are super thin and do not pull tight very well to get a good seal. The drinking straw is super short you have to smash mask against face to reach it. The connection is a proprietary connection to the provided canteen. The cap on supplied canteen does not fit on any other canteen the threads are also proprietary. The filter also shipped a week later than the rest of the order. Very disappointing.

GBThe best quality mask The best quality mask. It took about two weeks to arrive. A filter still has to be delivered later. Apparently, filters are backordered due to demand.
