Life-Saving Equipment The gas mask quality is absolutely terrific. And the lvl. 4 plate quality is great too. I would 100% put my life in the hands of these products. Shipping was great, and, unlike some other brands out there, I didn't have to oversee anything. MIRA Safety got everything worked out. The only problem I had was that the CM-8M gas mask was out of stock for quite a while, which made it hard to get my hands onto it.

Reed this before purchase! 2 months in and Mira still haven't sent me the products I've bougth and haven't gotten a refund either. Customer support is directing me elsewere... I'll update this review incase they give me back my money! Update 09/21: Mira requested that I add more details and reference for the order, I will eventually provide them with those details but I wish to see if they are willing to comply to US customs international laws without me having to go public at Trustpilot. Therefore I'll remain anonymous. For reference my order had a value of 1200 - 1400 USD ! Update 24.01/17: I lost 1400 USD, do not buy from these, buy from Avon protection, those guys are serius.

Awesome Company & Products! The website was very easy to navigate. All of the products were described in detail. My order arrived super fast and was packaged very well. Communication during the ordering process was top notch! All of my products were very high quality and amazing! I will continue to shop with MIRA Safety and can't wait to place another order. This company's order fulfillment must be using the back of napkins. I bought a powered air backpack type respirator and a couple of cartridge filters from them. They didn't tell me the filters were on backorder so that when I received the respirator there was no way to use it. They said they would ship me the filters when they came in. They did not. Then I emailed them and they checked the order and said they would send them. Wait! Some sort of problem was going to delay the shipment. I waited a few weeks and then emailed them again. They said that order was delivered. "Right" I emailed them back. The respirator was delivered but not the filters. I'm now back in the "let me check on that" stage for the 3rd time. I have bought some filters somewhere else now. This place has order fulfillment issues. They have my money and I still have no filters from them.

UPS sucks. Your company is great. UPS sucks at delivery. The driver just left the previous order on some stairs. The package is gone and I’m out of some money. UPS would not even offer to return lace the package. At least Fed Ex and DHL makes the effort to do their job. I got the this recent order .
