Great service I read several reviews before making the purchase , (a big purchase) I was doubtful about the delivery time by reading the many complaints but . in the end I placed the order also because some things are really complicated to find elsewhere and I can do nothing but compliment the service order from germany the goods arrived in only 2 days and the quality of the equipment is really good I will definitely buy again and i was very satisfied

Great product, great brand We’ve had nothing but great experience from Mira Safety. Bought a mask for myself during the pandemic and then purchased 4 more for my family. It’s well made and worth the money for that level of protection. The first shipment took longer since they were out of stock but their customer service was top notch. Answered all my emails about my shipment very quickly. My 2nd shipment came in about a week. Great product, great brand.

Does not allow any returns Products seem to be good. The return policy, on the other hand, is non-existent. They're hiding behind some odd covid excuse to not accept any returns. I can't post the link but from their website: COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/20: As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety products until further notice, and all sales are final. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this difficult situation. Buy elsewhere.
