GBDoes not allow any returns Products seem to be good. The return policy, on the other hand, is non-existent. They're hiding behind some odd covid excuse to not accept any returns. I can't post the link but from their website: COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/20: As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety products until further notice, and all sales are final. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this difficult situation. Buy elsewhere.

SEReed this before purchase! 2 months in and Mira still haven't sent me the products I've bougth and haven't gotten a refund either. Customer support is directing me elsewere... I'll update this review incase they give me back my money! Update 09/21: Mira requested that I add more details and reference for the order, I will eventually provide them with those details but I wish to see if they are willing to comply to US customs international laws without me having to go public at Trustpilot. Therefore I'll remain anonymous. For reference my order had a value of 1200 - 1400 USD ! Update 24.01/17: I lost 1400 USD, do not buy from these, buy from Avon protection, those guys are serius.

DEGreat service I read several reviews before making the purchase , (a big purchase) I was doubtful about the delivery time by reading the many complaints but . in the end I placed the order also because some things are really complicated to find elsewhere and I can do nothing but compliment the service order from germany the goods arrived in only 2 days and the quality of the equipment is really good I will definitely buy again and i was very satisfied

GBUPS sucks. Your company is great. UPS sucks at delivery. The driver just left the previous order on some stairs. The package is gone and I’m out of some money. UPS would not even offer to return lace the package. At least Fed Ex and DHL makes the effort to do their job. I got the this recent order .
