Being an individual who has been in the customer service industry for years, I can spot a great representative when I see one. Great product, great brand We’ve had nothing but great experience from Mira Safety. Bought a mask for myself during the pandemic and then purchased 4 more for my family. It’s well made and worth the money for that level of protection. The first shipment took longer since they were out of stock but their customer service was top notch. Answered all my emails about my shipment very quickly. My 2nd shipment came in about a week. Great product, great brand.

This is not the first time I purchase… This is not the first time I purchase products from Mira Safety, and likely not the last. Products are on the pricier end, but definitely high quality and I have built confidence over their reliability the past few years. I definitely will continue going to them for safety products for myself and my loved ones.

Does not allow any returns Products seem to be good. The return policy, on the other hand, is non-existent. They're hiding behind some odd covid excuse to not accept any returns. I can't post the link but from their website: COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/20: As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety products until further notice, and all sales are final. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this difficult situation. Buy elsewhere.
