GBGreat product, great brand We’ve had nothing but great experience from Mira Safety. Bought a mask for myself during the pandemic and then purchased 4 more for my family. It’s well made and worth the money for that level of protection. The first shipment took longer since they were out of stock but their customer service was top notch. Answered all my emails about my shipment very quickly. My 2nd shipment came in about a week. Great product, great brand.

GBThe best quality mask The best quality mask. It took about two weeks to arrive. A filter still has to be delivered later. Apparently, filters are backordered due to demand.

GBThis company's order fulfillment must be using the back of napkins. I bought a powered air backpack type respirator and a couple of cartridge filters from them. They didn't tell me the filters were on backorder so that when I received the respirator there was no way to use it. They said they would ship me the filters when they came in. They did not. Then I emailed them and they checked the order and said they would send them. Wait! Some sort of problem was going to delay the shipment. I waited a few weeks and then emailed them again. They said that order was delivered. "Right" I emailed them back. The respirator was delivered but not the filters. I'm now back in the "let me check on that" stage for the 3rd time. I have bought some filters somewhere else now. This place has order fulfillment issues. They have my money and I still have no filters from them.
