Being an individual who has been in the customer service industry for years, I can spot a great representative when I see one. She has always been kind and very respectful and patient with all of my needs and requests. The products that MIRA safety provide are of the highest quality and that means a lot in today’s world. Rip off Rip off! Do not order anything from this company. Since COVID they have not updated their return policies. [start quote] In light of the recent global events, we've decided to suspend all returns and exchanges. Right now, all shipped and delivered orders are considered final and are no longer qualified for a return or an exchange. [end quote]

UPS sucks. Your company is great. UPS sucks at delivery. The driver just left the previous order on some stairs. The package is gone and I’m out of some money. UPS would not even offer to return lace the package. At least Fed Ex and DHL makes the effort to do their job. I got the this recent order .

As a private business owner I stress to my team the objective of a great customer experience and the value of customer service. The MIRA team handled an awkward and unfortunate situation professionally, rationally and without hesitation. They earned my loyalty!

Does not allow any returns Products seem to be good. The return policy, on the other hand, is non-existent. They're hiding behind some odd covid excuse to not accept any returns. I can't post the link but from their website: COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/20: As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety products until further notice, and all sales are final.
