AMAZING Let me tell you. I've dealt with several businesses that deal with PPE and safety gear and by far BY FAR Mira Safety has set the bar for customer service, shipping, pricing, and overall. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Level 4 body armor plates were above and beyond what I expected.

Great product, great brand We’ve had nothing but great experience from Mira Safety. Bought a mask for myself during the pandemic and then purchased 4 more for my family. It’s well made and worth the money for that level of protection. The first shipment took longer since they were out of stock but their customer service was top notch. Answered all my emails about my shipment very quickly. My 2nd shipment came in about a week. Great product, great brand.

Scammers! They allow internal shipping but don't provide any support for the required import documents. Then they abandon the shipment and keep the money!

Does not allow any returns Products seem to be good. The return policy, on the other hand, is non-existent. They're hiding behind some odd covid excuse to not accept any returns. I can't post the link but from their website: COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/20: As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety products until further notice, and all sales are final. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this difficult situation. Buy elsewhere.

Heidi is great! First of all I want to commend Heidi in customer service. Being an individual who has been in the customer service industry for years, I can spot a great representative when I see one. She has always been kind and very respectful and patient with all of my needs and requests. The products that MIRA safety provide are of the highest quality and that means a lot in today’s world.
