GBCharged but didn't ship Terrible service. Placed an order for a supposedly in stock, expensive item. They charged the card and then did not ship. 6 weeks later they claim the item is still on backorder and merely offered to refund with no idea of when they would actually ship. Order cancelled, after giving them an 800 dollar loan for 6 weeks. This has to be a violation of their merchant services agreement with their card processor.

GBGreat overall experience I had a slight issue with my order. Enviro safety products went above and beyond in making it right. I had never ordered from them before, but based on this experience I would certainly order from them again.

GBNot Fraud, people are just impatient or stupid. All these people claiming fraud are full of crap. I ordered some 3M Peltor Comtac ear pro— which are very expensive. I knew ordering during the COVID pandemic- and ESP being located in Los Angeles, this would take much time. Not to mention this company sells PPE masks, people act like this company doesn’t get a ton of traffic already. People should actually use their head, and take into consideration that you’re not going to get what you want on time due to these circumstances. I ordered my gear back in April. It’s June and I’m just now getting a tracking number, but rather than complaining? I waited and was contacted back when asking about my product. So if you can’t wait a few months and you’re going to be THAT customer who pitches a freaking fit because you’re in a super long line for your order, don’t even bother ordering. If you can be patient? I haven’t had any issues with fraud from these guys.
