No customer service Never shipped and when called, I was told I had to wait 5 weeks. The back order status was never communicated to me. Garbage company.

Great customer service! When I was going to order online, I learned the minimum purchase was notably more than what I intended to buy, and to meet that amount would have forced me to buy way more than I could use. I sent an e-mail so stating. But Joshua sent me an e-mail telling me about ordering over the phone. He was very helpful and patient. I made the purchase happen and it got delivered speedily per his discussion. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. To say that Joshua is an excellent representative of Enviro Safety is not.

Charged but didn't ship Terrible service. Placed an order for a supposedly in stock, expensive item. They charged the card and then did not ship. 6 weeks later they claim the item is still on backorder and merely offered to refund with no idea of when they would actually ship. Order cancelled, after giving them an 800 dollar loan for 6 weeks. This has to be a violation of their merchant services agreement with their card processor.

Customer service was extremely… Customer service was extremely unhelpful, had an item that I attempted to return, they refused to accept the return even though it was less than 10 days in use and refused a partial refund or store credit due to it being "used". The unit itself was in fine working condition, just slightly used.

Great overall experience I had a slight issue with my order. Enviro safety products went above and beyond in making it right. I had never ordered from them before, but based on this experience I would certainly order from them again.
