Which never happened, they never contacted me. Today I wrote to them again, the boy tells me that since the other girl has the case she cannot solve it either, that I must wait who knows how much longer for a solution. This is not the first time I have had a super bad experience with you, however I tried again and they failed again. I need a quick solution.

LED Scrolling screens… I ordered a programmable led screen last week which arrived quickly. Plugged it in and all seemed to be as described, it displayed a welcome message. I downloaded the app to start programming it. First thing I noticed was I had bought this screen in order to display video, but the app did not seem to have a video option for display. I tried to send some text or images as tests and the screen immediately glitched. Now when it is plugged in it displays nothing and is completely unresponsive. Waste of time and money.
