GBI have purchase a lot of equipment from… I have purchase a lot of equipment from Vevor to get my restaurant up and running. For the most part, most of the equipment is still working and running fine. The main complaint i have is in regards to my ice machine. It is not even a year old and it is not working. I searched for a customer service number, finally found one only to be told that they would open a ticket and that someone would contact me in 48 hours by mail. They did in fact send me an email asking me to make a video to show them what was wrong. I did that, still no response and still no ice for my restaurant. If this Chinese company truly wants to sell products on the scale that they presently are long term, they need to step it up on the customer service front. We are now looking at a Scotsman who is renown for their customer service.

GBC clamp bent. Worked ok but C clamp bent making it difficult to use. Managed to make it work but disappointed. Didn't think something that thick could bend so easily.

GBThe product arrived with scratches in… The product arrived with scratches in the paint due to poor packaging. It's not going to affect how it functions but it would be a sticking point with someone who carried a little bit more about how long I was going to last.

GBQuality quality Cost of my items I have purchased have been very reasonable. The quality of my items have all been above board. The only thing I could say needs a-little attention is the shipping times. Other than that I am a life long member of the Vevor company and I tell everyone at Lowe’s and home depot where to get the good stuff without the middlemen.

GBwhat a completely worthless piece of…garbage what a completely worthless piece of equipment. It just flings dirt all over the place at MAX speed there is no low setting or gradual increase, just 90 MPH instantly dirt everywhere.
