GBI contacted them more than a week ago… I contacted them more than a week ago via chat because I want to return a product, the girl who assisted me told me that I should seek approval for that and that I should wait for an email with the response. Which never happened, they never contacted me. Today I wrote to them again, the boy tells me that since the other girl has the case she cannot solve it either, that I must wait who knows how much longer for a solution. This is not the first time I have had a super bad experience with you, however I tried again and they failed again. I need a quick solution.

GBSo far...so good I'm giving this 4 stars since I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Bought this for using with my embroidery. From reading the description and the fact that I don't really have to set/stand to apply pressure is what sold me on buying this product. Will keep my fingers crossed.

GBQuality quality Cost of my items I have purchased have been very reasonable. The quality of my items have all been above board. The only thing I could say needs a-little attention is the shipping times. Other than that I am a life long member of the Vevor company and I tell everyone at Lowe’s and home depot where to get the good stuff without the middlemen.

GBPoor customer service I contacted your company about returning an item. Since no one ever answers the customer support line, I used your chat bot to request information about returning my recent purchase. I was told by "Jose" that customer service would be sending me an E-mail with instruction. it's been three days and still no response.
