Never jump to conclusions. I ordered an electric jack hammer. I received it. At first I thought it was missing one of two motor replacement brushes, but I found that one had fallen out of the plastic bag and was loose inside the packing foam. When I went to test it, at first I thought the motor was running, but the jack hammer part wasn’t moving. I was able to figure out that I had to put a bit in it and set it on that bit in order for it to hammer. I tested it out on some of the lava cap on my property. It went through it like butter and quickly turned it from a solid hard schist into gravel… I have no idea how long it will last, how long the motor brushes will last, or how much oil it will consume, etc… But it definitely works well, thus far. So overall I am happy with my purchase, and Vevor delivered.

So far...so good I'm giving this 4 stars since I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Bought this for using with my embroidery. From reading the description and the fact that I don't really have to set/stand to apply pressure is what sold me on buying this product. Will keep my fingers crossed.

Poor customer service I contacted your company about returning an item. Since no one ever answers the customer support line, I used your chat bot to request information about returning my recent purchase. I was told by "Jose" that customer service would be sending me an E-mail with instruction. it's been three days and still no response.
