Since no one ever answers the customer support line, I used your chat bot to request information about returning my recent purchase. I was told by "Jose" that customer service would be sending me an E-mail with instruction. it's been three days and still no response.

NLLED Scrolling screens… I ordered a programmable led screen last week which arrived quickly. Plugged it in and all seemed to be as described, it displayed a welcome message. I downloaded the app to start programming it. First thing I noticed was I had bought this screen in order to display video, but the app did not seem to have a video option for display. I tried to send some text or images as tests and the screen immediately glitched. Now when it is plugged in it displays nothing and is completely unresponsive. Waste of time and money.

GBNo instructions for constructing murphy bed wit VEVOR kit. Order No.24040700976020353626 I purchased your kit for a murphy bed, but it did not include any directions for construction of the bed. I contacted VEVOR to obtain the plans. But they said they had none. With no available installation instructions, you should not even offer this product for sale. My actual rating is ZERO stars.

GBI contacted them more than a week ago… I contacted them more than a week ago via chat because I want to return a product, the girl who assisted me told me that I should seek approval for that and that I should wait for an email with the response. Which never happened, they never contacted me. Today I wrote to them again, the boy tells me that since the other girl has the case she cannot solve it either, that I must wait who knows how much longer for a solution. This is not the first time I have had a super bad experience with you, however I tried again and they failed again. I need a quick solution.
