GBNever jump to conclusions. I ordered an electric jack hammer. I received it. At first I thought it was missing one of two motor replacement brushes, but I found that one had fallen out of the plastic bag and was loose inside the packing foam. When I went to test it, at first I thought the motor was running, but the jack hammer part wasn’t moving. I was able to figure out that I had to put a bit in it and set it on that bit in order for it to hammer. I tested it out on some of the lava cap on my property. It went through it like butter and quickly turned it from a solid hard schist into gravel… I have no idea how long it will last, how long the motor brushes will last, or how much oil it will consume, etc… But it definitely works well, thus far. So overall I am happy with my purchase, and Vevor delivered.

GBI have purchase a lot of equipment from… I have purchase a lot of equipment from Vevor to get my restaurant up and running. For the most part, most of the equipment is still working and running fine. The main complaint i have is in regards to my ice machine. It is not even a year old and it is not working. I searched for a customer service number, finally found one only to be told that they would open a ticket and that someone would contact me in 48 hours by mail. They did in fact send me an email asking me to make a video to show them what was wrong. I did that, still no response and still no ice for my restaurant. If this Chinese company truly wants to sell products on the scale that they presently are long term, they need to step it up on the customer service front. We are now looking at a Scotsman who is renown for their customer service.

GBSo far...so good I'm giving this 4 stars since I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Bought this for using with my embroidery. From reading the description and the fact that I don't really have to set/stand to apply pressure is what sold me on buying this product. Will keep my fingers crossed.

GBQuality quality Cost of my items I have purchased have been very reasonable. The quality of my items have all been above board. The only thing I could say needs a-little attention is the shipping times. Other than that I am a life long member of the Vevor company and I tell everyone at Lowe’s and home depot where to get the good stuff without the middlemen.
