I contacted VEVOR to obtain the plans. But they said they had none. With no available installation instructions, you should not even offer this product for sale. My actual rating is ZERO stars.

GBI contacted them more than a week ago… I contacted them more than a week ago via chat because I want to return a product, the girl who assisted me told me that I should seek approval for that and that I should wait for an email with the response. Which never happened, they never contacted me. Today I wrote to them again, the boy tells me that since the other girl has the case she cannot solve it either, that I must wait who knows how much longer for a solution. This is not the first time I have had a super bad experience with you, however I tried again and they failed again. I need a quick solution.
