Excellent Customer Service Nicole N. was very helpful. She was patient, kind, and understanding. I dreaded having to do this but Nicole was cheerful and made the entire experience a pleasant one. Even having a little computer trouble did not discourage her. Thank you so much Nicole.

Stay away! Had the device, a Drager BAIID, installed November of 2022. Shortly after it was installed the device would read please wait for sometimes up to thirty minutes before it was ready to test. Road Guard said it was a battery problem. Battery was replaced when the device was installed. Finally it was determined the battery in their device was the problem and they swapped out the device. Fast forward to this November and started having problems again. Now the first random test after starting won't register on the device. Device keeps saying repeat test until a violation timeout. I'm testing, just not registering with the device. This has happened 3 times now since my November callibration. Technician says he can't find anything wrong. Called Road Guard and they said an area manager would contact me concerning the issue. It's been 3 weeks since he was contacted about this and I'm still waiting for his call. Been using the device for a year. I didn't suddenly forget how to provide to test sample after a year. I'm down close to $500 in less than a month getting this device serviced do to lockouts and they're doing nothing to help. Don't think I'm ever going to hear from the area manager, my installer can't even reach him. I'll be contacting the secretary of state with my complaint and the BBB as well. Device was great when it worked. Getting any results from device problems has been terrible from day one.

stellar service Jessie was super helpful finding me an out of state center. I was getting bounced around calling some of the interlock calibration centers. Jessie took the extra time to look into the NJ rules and finding me a suitable spot. Thanks for dealing with my mayhem.

Nicole was the only call center… Nicole was the only call center representative that offered to assist me when none of your shops in the Austin area either answer the phone end or have an open voicemail to leave a message on everyone of them are full. When the other representatives called to the shops and got the same result as me the customer did they said oh well that’s just the way it is sorry what do you want me to do, Nicole went further and called the operational manager for the Austin Texas area and left a voice message asking him to call her back because a customer needed assistance. I had questions in regards to an install that only a technician could answer, and the call-center representatives obviously could not. Nicole was outstanding and her professional Manner and provided assistance that used to be the normal American way which has taken a backseat to. Oh well not my problem with the younger generation. Sorry, not sorry it’s true everywhere there is no work ethic left. Thank you Nicole for actually being a customer service representative and doing your job and representing your company in an outstanding fashion. This is the type of person everybody used to wish they had working for them pay close attention. This is an outstanding employee. Thank you I look forward to hearing the solution from the operations manager on how to reach their shops, that obviously don’t want to be reached.
