Excellent Customer Service Nicole N. was very helpful. She was patient, kind, and understanding. I dreaded having to do this but Nicole was cheerful and made the entire experience a pleasant one. Even having a little computer trouble did not discourage her. Thank you so much Nicole.

stellar service Jessie was super helpful finding me an out of state center. I was getting bounced around calling some of the interlock calibration centers. Jessie took the extra time to look into the NJ rules and finding me a suitable spot. Thanks for dealing with my mayhem.

Nicole is the absolute best by far!! Nicole is the absolute best by far!! We have had an on going issue for couple weeks involving VASAP. Nicole never stopped the the problem was solved although it was not her problem she helped to solve it giving advice making suggestions the 3 of us worked diligently together to be able to move forward.
