I'm saying this on my personal experience as I'm doing business with them for three years. My work is to supply power tools to small shops and my customers literally want what everybody wants, quality in products. So I always trust and running around Tiger Supplies Inc cause I never found any company to be persistent and effective.

We have ordered items from Tiger … We have ordered items from Tiger Supplies and usually don't have an issue. We were disappointed when we ordered new prism poles and the level vials were not adjusted so the poles would be plumb. We can do that in-house, but they should come ready to use. The same applied to the separate level vials that attach to a 0.10 diameter rod that we ordered, both were loose and not ready to attach to the rod. Our last order has taken a month to fill, which is highly unusual in our dealings. I am beginning to think they are getting as busy as most surveyors seem to be. Will still use their service, for the lower prices.

Bait and Switch on shipping and poor customer service Ordered an instock item according to their website and their website says ships within 24-48 hours. After a week of no shipping notification I called in. I was told by their rep Perry that the item was in fact in stock but their warehouse was not shipping last week and my invoice would state that items are estimated to ship within 24-48 hours. This is conflict with their website. Seems to be a bait and switch once they have your money.
