We have been purchasing cupcake boxes… Beef and Blossoms have been purchasing cupcake boxes from Tiger Supplies for almost a year now on a regular basis. We bake and sell mini bundt cakes and these boxes are perfect for displaying and selling our cakes. I love the clear plastic opening for people to actually be able to see our product. We had bought other boxes before and the plastic opening on top had not been sealed properly so we lost a large amount of boxes from that company, we have not had any problems with Tiger Supplies boxes, would highly recommend.

Ordered an item for a customer and they… Ordered an item for a customer and they canceled. Contacted them for a refund, was initially told I couldn't return because it was over the 30 day period, when it had only been a week. Then the customer service rep argued with me about it, provided an order an tracking number that was incorrect and when corrected she just stopped answering. I can't get anyone on the phone either. I would never recommend using them.

Trustable You know the best thing about doing business with Tiger Supplies Inc., you really don't have to worry about the things and their quality. I'm saying this on my personal experience as I'm doing business with them for three years. My work is to supply power tools to small shops and my customers literally want what everybody wants, quality in products. So I always trust and running around Tiger Supplies Inc cause I never found any company to be persistent and effective.

We have ordered items from Tiger … We have ordered items from Tiger Supplies and usually don't have an issue. We were disappointed when we ordered new prism poles and the level vials were not adjusted so the poles would be plumb. We can do that in-house, but they should come ready to use. The same applied to the separate level vials that attach to a 0.10 diameter rod that we ordered, both were loose and not ready to attach to the rod. Our last order has taken a month to fill, which is highly unusual in our dealings. I am beginning to think they are getting as busy as most surveyors seem to be. Will still use their service, for the lower prices.

Partial deliver of an order placed Partial deliver of an order placed for PPE. On chasing the remaining items customer service admitted that they no longer produce the items ordered! No contact to let me know and I’ve had to rush to source alternative PPE for my staff. I won’t be using again.
