GBAwesome Found the website just by using Google to search for a product that I needed for my job. Tiger Supplies showed up along with a couple hundred others, looked at a couple of other websites but I found that this one was easy to use and the prices were fair. I ordered the product hassle free and the merchandise arrived earlier than expected. I am very happy with my transaction with Tiger Supplies.

GBWe have ordered items from Tiger … We have ordered items from Tiger Supplies and usually don't have an issue. We were disappointed when we ordered new prism poles and the level vials were not adjusted so the poles would be plumb. We can do that in-house, but they should come ready to use. The same applied to the separate level vials that attach to a 0.10 diameter rod that we ordered, both were loose and not ready to attach to the rod. Our last order has taken a month to fill, which is highly unusual in our dealings. I am beginning to think they are getting as busy as most surveyors seem to be. Will still use their service, for the lower prices.

GBOrdered an item for a customer and they… Ordered an item for a customer and they canceled. Contacted them for a refund, was initially told I couldn't return because it was over the 30 day period, when it had only been a week. Then the customer service rep argued with me about it, provided an order an tracking number that was incorrect and when corrected she just stopped answering. I can't get anyone on the phone either. I would never recommend using them.

GBGood product, but no return on inquiry email I purchase a product on their mobile site, received errors and no confirmation. Went to amazon and purchased product for cheaper. Sent an email to cancel my order but never received anything back. I didn't want two products but I got two. Ended up working out because of multiple locations but this site needs work and better customer service with emails sent.

GBPurchased item and was shown ship… Purchased item and was shown ship date..no notification, no tracking so I e-mailed to check status. Was told item back-orderd. Decided to cancel order and purchase elsewhere. Tiger customer service told me to "shove it up my ass" literally. I then turned them into my credit card fraud unit. If they are not scammers then they are the next best thing. Also if you look at reviews, they are writing them themself s. Do not do bushiness with this company!
