Don't expect to get anything repaired … Don't expect to get anything repaired or shipped during any Jewish holiday. No communication at all, service department totally non existent. Left several messages on the company voicemail and called the cell number on the voicemail of the service manager. He has never responded and I called many times. They have had my device since 8/26 and was advised on 9/29 that it shipped. Still have not seen my equipment.

My Company ordered a blue print rack My Company ordered a blue print rack. The rack was not what my boss wanted. Contacted Tiger Supplies multiple times for return after many run- around's from Tiger Supplies employees and having to contact BBB we finally received our credit for item. Not to forget to mention we had to pay the original shipping charge along with the return shipping charge. These were not credited. Totaling $36.45. This is a company I will never buy from or deal with again in the future. Save yourself the headache and your money.

We have ordered items from Tiger … We have ordered items from Tiger Supplies and usually don't have an issue. We were disappointed when we ordered new prism poles and the level vials were not adjusted so the poles would be plumb. We can do that in-house, but they should come ready to use. The same applied to the separate level vials that attach to a 0.10 diameter rod that we ordered, both were loose and not ready to attach to the rod. Our last order has taken a month to fill, which is highly unusual in our dealings. I am beginning to think they are getting as busy as most surveyors seem to be. Will still use their service, for the lower prices.

We have been purchasing cupcake boxes… Beef and Blossoms have been purchasing cupcake boxes from Tiger Supplies for almost a year now on a regular basis. We bake and sell mini bundt cakes and these boxes are perfect for displaying and selling our cakes. I love the clear plastic opening for people to actually be able to see our product. We had bought other boxes before and the plastic opening on top had not been sealed properly so we lost a large amount of boxes from that company, we have not had any problems with Tiger Supplies boxes, would highly recommend.

Good Surveyor Store As a surveyor have always been on the lookout for one stop shop with ease of ordering ,tiger has done it well, the airport was quite complex site to set up the delivery too, Nate work hard to make sure its on site for the job. Thank You !!
