I have been wearing 5.11's for many… I have been wearing 5.11's for many years. Even continued to wear them after I left law enforcement. This last order was very disappointing though. The pants now have left handed zippers. I called customer service and was told that all women's pants going forward are switching to the left handed zipper. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Left handed zippers were created back when women were dressed by servants, and I think it's safe to say that women dress themselves nowadays, so why 5.11 decided to go back in time and change their zippers is beyond me.

Got half my order went to check on… Got half my order went to check on other item and it was cancelled on me without notification. Love their products but Im going to be looking at competitors now. So disappointed.

Poor customer care Placed an order realized I ordered the incorrect size call to cancel. They said that I could not. I would have to wait for it to be shipped and then return it eight days later it has still not shipped no emails you’re better off ordering something from wish you will get it sooner. I will be returning the order. I really wanted because of poor communication and shipping.

Horrible company that treat their… Horrible company that treat their employees like trash. I was bullied, belittled and harassed over taking 2 days off twice. Once for a death in the family and the other because I literally tore my calf muscle. My last day I was treated so badly that I just didn’t come back from lunch. I called HR and talked to them about how I was treated. They said they would get back to me. Its been two weeks and they wont respond to my emails or calls. So much for them not tolerating harassment or bullying. Also the manager committed forgery by signing my name to paperwork they are saying I signed. I asked for copies and they refused.

Shady business Well, I ordered two pairs of pants: a cheaper pair on sale and a more expensive pair. They sent two of the cheaper pair. I sent a pair back. They took over a month to issue the refund, and when they did, they refunded me for the cheaper pair. In essence, they stole 50+$ from me. They do NOT care about their customers and they couldn’t have been more clear on that point.
