Got half my order went to check on… Got half my order went to check on other item and it was cancelled on me without notification. Love their products but Im going to be looking at competitors now. So disappointed.

Have been a customer for 15 years Have been a customer for 15 years. Last few years I haven’t been able to get 2XL Tall Professional Polo short sleave in white and several other colors. Have tried many times— no joy. Getting frustrated with your company. Excellent shirts when i.can get them.

Nonexistent customer service. After reading these reviews, I'm glad I didn't get around to ordering from them. I wanted to order an expensive SOMS bag but was concerned about measurements. I called their clueless customer service reps twice trying to get answers to my questions before buying a $350 bag. Both times I was promised a call back, and nothing. I'll spend my money somewhere else.
