GBHorrible Customer Service! I loved my 511 side zip boots. Actually had 2 pairs but when trying to reorder them with a LEO discount the costumer service was awful. I was on the phone for over an hour where they transferred me 3 times then left me on a blank line for 20 additional mins. Because of this experience I’m ordering shoes from Bates or a different company. So sad that they promote being Law Enforcement friendly but can’t even direct one caller. I thought they would be better!

GBAwful company to work with as a… Awful company to work with as a business. Customer service is a joke, don't do what they say they're going to do. Ship items with UPS and don't actually provide you any info, and when you have an issue (which is most orders) they try to put it back on you to contact UPS (which is pointless) to chase. If they weren't such a big company they'd probably worry more about how they treat customers than they do. I would just not bother at all with 5.11 as all they do is destroy your hard earned relationships with customers, as you have to keep letting your customers down with deliveries.

IEEverything is very good. So, I Made an order for my Birthday, I always dreamt about having something from this brand and ordered three t-shirts and jeans. I was so skeptical after I read all of the reviews, was even kinda afraid especially that it took place between Halloween times and I really thought it would take a lot of time to be shipped, but they actually shipped my stuff pretty fast (like in two or so days) and then, you know, Dhl… they are not exactly the fastest, but still, it made to me just right in time! What could I say? I guess, that’s the first women's pants that actually fit and feel like it was really made for a woman, The quality is the best, very true to size, colour is just like it was pictured, I’m amazed at how soft and comfortable they are. Please, please, make more stuff for the women, especially I’m going to wait from now on for the black britta or similar jeans. Thanks for the patch btw. ❤️ and good luck!

DEWear their stuff since over 10 years Wear their stuff since over 10 years. Returning buyer and always will again. Dealt with support yesterday, cause of faulty product, which can happen and was handled outstanding - thanks Ellinore - very uncomplicated and practical.

GBShady business Well, I ordered two pairs of pants: a cheaper pair on sale and a more expensive pair. They sent two of the cheaper pair. I sent a pair back. They took over a month to issue the refund, and when they did, they refunded me for the cheaper pair. In essence, they stole 50+$ from me. They do NOT care about their customers and they couldn’t have been more clear on that point.
