Nonexistent customer service. After reading these reviews, I'm glad I didn't get around to ordering from them. I wanted to order an expensive SOMS bag but was concerned about measurements. I called their clueless customer service reps twice trying to get answers to my questions before buying a $350 bag. Both times I was promised a call back, and nothing. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

One order on the 11th November 2021 and my second order on December 6th 2021. Both orders were packed perfectly and delivered in rapid time. The items are absolutely top quality and the service from 511tactical.com couldn't be better! A first class shopping experience every time and I'll be back in the New Year with another order! Got half my order went to check on… Got half my order went to check on other item and it was cancelled on me without notification. Love their products but Im going to be looking at competitors now. So disappointed.
