Poor customer care Placed an order realized I ordered the incorrect size call to cancel. They said that I could not. I would have to wait for it to be shipped and then return it eight days later it has still not shipped no emails you’re better off ordering something from wish you will get it sooner. I will be returning the order. I really wanted because of poor communication and shipping.

I have been wearing 5.11's for many… I have been wearing 5.11's for many years. Even continued to wear them after I left law enforcement. This last order was very disappointing though. The pants now have left handed zippers. I called customer service and was told that all women's pants going forward are switching to the left handed zipper. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Left handed zippers were created back when women were dressed by servants, and I think it's safe to say that women dress themselves nowadays, so why 5.11 decided to go back in time and change their zippers is beyond me.

Horrible Customer Service! I loved my 511 side zip boots. Actually had 2 pairs but when trying to reorder them with a LEO discount the costumer service was awful. I was on the phone for over an hour where they transferred me 3 times then left me on a blank line for 20 additional mins. Because of this experience I’m ordering shoes from Bates or a different company. So sad that they promote being Law Enforcement friendly but can’t even direct one caller. I thought they would be better!

Loaned 5.11 my money for 3 months Bought and paid for a backpack early December but didn’t receive it. Figured Covid Blah...Blah...Blah! Not sure what has happened cause I can’t get a response from customer service. So then a few days ago mysteriously a email popped up refunding my money with no explanation. So I apparently patiently waited for almost 3 months for a refund. What a garbage company!

Quality has gone downhill!!!!And they… Quality has gone downhill!!!!And they don't stand by their warranty because they know they would then be constantly replacing these poorly made pants. Never again will I buy this garbage product
