Have been a customer for 15 years Have been a customer for 15 years. Last few years I haven’t been able to get 2XL Tall Professional Polo short sleave in white and several other colors. Have tried many times— no joy. Getting frustrated with your company. Excellent shirts when i.can get them.

Our agency ordered several 100 polos to… Our agency ordered several 100 polos to decorate in there facility. We usually use a local embellisher, but decided to give them a try, since we were ordering direct from them. It took over two months to receive our order. We were quoted 3 - 4 weeks. Their customer service had no clue when the order would be processed. When contacted the gal sounded lost and confused on when our order would ship. She estimated another week, but in reality it took 3 more weeks to ship. Use a local embellisher if you can. Just because they are a big company doesn’t mean they are better. Plus the quality of the embroidery was substandard.

I have been wearing 5.11's for many… I have been wearing 5.11's for many years. Even continued to wear them after I left law enforcement. This last order was very disappointing though. The pants now have left handed zippers. I called customer service and was told that all women's pants going forward are switching to the left handed zipper. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Left handed zippers were created back when women were dressed by servants, and I think it's safe to say that women dress themselves nowadays, so why 5.11 decided to go back in time and change their zippers is beyond me.

Quality has gone downhill!!!!And they… Quality has gone downhill!!!!And they don't stand by their warranty because they know they would then be constantly replacing these poorly made pants. Never again will I buy this garbage product

Poor customer care Placed an order realized I ordered the incorrect size call to cancel. They said that I could not. I would have to wait for it to be shipped and then return it eight days later it has still not shipped no emails you’re better off ordering something from wish you will get it sooner. I will be returning the order. I really wanted because of poor communication and shipping.
