Nonexistent customer service. After reading these reviews, I'm glad I didn't get around to ordering from them. I wanted to order an expensive SOMS bag but was concerned about measurements. I called their clueless customer service reps twice trying to get answers to my questions before buying a $350 bag. Both times I was promised a call back, and nothing. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Got half my order went to check on… Got half my order went to check on other item and it was cancelled on me without notification. Love their products but Im going to be looking at competitors now. So disappointed.

Shady business Well, I ordered two pairs of pants: a cheaper pair on sale and a more expensive pair. They sent two of the cheaper pair. I sent a pair back. They took over a month to issue the refund, and when they did, they refunded me for the cheaper pair. In essence, they stole 50+$ from me. They do NOT care about their customers and they couldn’t have been more clear on that point.
