GBGreat products when they decide to ship… Great products when they decide to ship them. Order showed processing for over one month. When I called customer service said she would send message to warehouse. Item shipped next day but month after originally ordered. Gave them another try and 1 item showing pending 1 week later. Called customer service and very rude guy told me item was on back order. Love the gear but from now on I will order from third party. Midway , academy, etc… 5:11 has horrible inventory system and order fulfillment is not good.

GBHave been a customer for 15 years Have been a customer for 15 years. Last few years I haven’t been able to get 2XL Tall Professional Polo short sleave in white and several other colors. Have tried many times— no joy. Getting frustrated with your company. Excellent shirts when i.can get them.

DEWear their stuff since over 10 years Wear their stuff since over 10 years. Returning buyer and always will again. Dealt with support yesterday, cause of faulty product, which can happen and was handled outstanding - thanks Ellinore - very uncomplicated and practical.

GRRefuse to un-reserve the amount paid for items not in stock. European branch sells items that are out of stock and backorders them indefinitely. They just keep refusing that they have reserved the amount from my credit card. However, amount is still reserved after so many days. I cannot do nothing but wait for the amount to be released automatically after 40 days. Dreadful customer service experience. Too bad that their products are quite good, especially the discontinued items (the older the design the better).

GBHorrible Customer Service! I loved my 511 side zip boots. Actually had 2 pairs but when trying to reorder them with a LEO discount the costumer service was awful. I was on the phone for over an hour where they transferred me 3 times then left me on a blank line for 20 additional mins. Because of this experience I’m ordering shoes from Bates or a different company. So sad that they promote being Law Enforcement friendly but can’t even direct one caller. I thought they would be better!
