Horrible company that treat their… Horrible company that treat their employees like trash. I was bullied, belittled and harassed over taking 2 days off twice. Once for a death in the family and the other because I literally tore my calf muscle. My last day I was treated so badly that I just didn’t come back from lunch. I called HR and talked to them about how I was treated. They said they would get back to me. Its been two weeks and they wont respond to my emails or calls. So much for them not tolerating harassment or bullying. Also the manager committed forgery by signing my name to paperwork they are saying I signed. I asked for copies and they refused.

Got half my order went to check on… Got half my order went to check on other item and it was cancelled on me without notification. Love their products but Im going to be looking at competitors now. So disappointed.

Poor customer care Placed an order realized I ordered the incorrect size call to cancel. They said that I could not. I would have to wait for it to be shipped and then return it eight days later it has still not shipped no emails you’re better off ordering something from wish you will get it sooner. I will be returning the order. I really wanted because of poor communication and shipping.

Awful company to work with as a… Awful company to work with as a business. Customer service is a joke, don't do what they say they're going to do. Ship items with UPS and don't actually provide you any info, and when you have an issue (which is most orders) they try to put it back on you to contact UPS (which is pointless) to chase. If they weren't such a big company they'd probably worry more about how they treat customers than they do. I would just not bother at all with 5.11 as all they do is destroy your hard earned relationships with customers, as you have to keep letting your customers down with deliveries.

Have been a customer for 15 years Have been a customer for 15 years. Last few years I haven’t been able to get 2XL Tall Professional Polo short sleave in white and several other colors. Have tried many times— no joy. Getting frustrated with your company. Excellent shirts when i.can get them.
