GBGreat products when they decide to ship… Great products when they decide to ship them. Order showed processing for over one month. When I called customer service said she would send message to warehouse. Item shipped next day but month after originally ordered. Gave them another try and 1 item showing pending 1 week later. Called customer service and very rude guy told me item was on back order. Love the gear but from now on I will order from third party. Midway , academy, etc… 5:11 has horrible inventory system and order fulfillment is not good.

GBHorrible company that treat their… Horrible company that treat their employees like trash. I was bullied, belittled and harassed over taking 2 days off twice. Once for a death in the family and the other because I literally tore my calf muscle. My last day I was treated so badly that I just didn’t come back from lunch. I called HR and talked to them about how I was treated. They said they would get back to me. Its been two weeks and they wont respond to my emails or calls. So much for them not tolerating harassment or bullying. Also the manager committed forgery by signing my name to paperwork they are saying I signed. I asked for copies and they refused.

GBAwful company to work with as a… Awful company to work with as a business. Customer service is a joke, don't do what they say they're going to do. Ship items with UPS and don't actually provide you any info, and when you have an issue (which is most orders) they try to put it back on you to contact UPS (which is pointless) to chase. If they weren't such a big company they'd probably worry more about how they treat customers than they do. I would just not bother at all with 5.11 as all they do is destroy your hard earned relationships with customers, as you have to keep letting your customers down with deliveries.

GBThank you 5.11 for opening a store near… Thank you 5.11 for opening a store near me in Paramus NJ. Now I’m gonna go broke. I wanted one of everything in the store. The assortment is endless. Today I bought a tactical waterproof rain jacket. Needed it for tonight. My Columbia would get soaking wet. This jacket truly keeps me dry, drys off very quick and feels very well made and comfortable with or without a vest on. I could use it all year, just layer up during cold season. I’m a big knife collector and no one but another can understand, just one more. Amongst the 100+, I have several Fox and Spyderco Emerson Wave Folding Karambits. I’ve had my eye on some fixed blade Karambits, the 5.11 Doug Marcaida among them. The 5.11 was the cheapest and that’s what made me hesitate online. But today in store seeing it and touching it, I bought it instantly. It’s very well made, perfect size, razor sharp and more Wharncliffe style blade then typical Hawkbill which is what I wanted. The Kydex Sheath system has excellent retention and gives you six ways to carry, belt or molle. It was a no brainer. I have a list of things I want or need to update. And no, I’m not an employee. Just a gear junkie. I dare you to walk into that store and Not buy something.

GBI have been wearing 5.11's for many… I have been wearing 5.11's for many years. Even continued to wear them after I left law enforcement. This last order was very disappointing though. The pants now have left handed zippers. I called customer service and was told that all women's pants going forward are switching to the left handed zipper. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Left handed zippers were created back when women were dressed by servants, and I think it's safe to say that women dress themselves nowadays, so why 5.11 decided to go back in time and change their zippers is beyond me.
