Today just found out Today just found out The warranty from sog is not lifetime...you can check sog website...and there say they have lifetime warranty....lol That's a totally joke... I have some problem with a sog trident and powerpint Costumer service from this company is pretty bad...don't care about Costumer service... Was fan of this brand for years Now...idk This not good Costumer service I think I'm going to stay with gerber... Gerber Costumer service is top notch...

I spoke with 4 different customer… I spoke with 4 different customer service people and each one said “we are working on our customer support “. They said it takes 21 business days to refund my money on an item they advertised but didn’t say it would take 4 months to ship. Stay away. There are better companies to buy from. It is going to take a month to get my refund.

I've been a SOG knife owner for over 10… I've been a SOG knife owner for over 10 years. From my first Trident to the latest Trident, I have purchased 6 knives, 2 keychains and a tabletop sharpener. All are first rate quality especially the USA made OTS Automatic I bought last year from SMKW in Sevierville, TN. Saving my mad money for their OTF Automatic.

Robert from customer service with no ID # and his last name is none of my business was the guy i waited three hours for a call back for SOG knive that will not fold up and is missing main rivit to hold plyers... NO RECEIPT - NO RETURN NO MATTER WHAT? wow - SOG i never liked your knives but the fact the you have no accountabilty for poorly made stuff - not me no more -
