I've been a SOG knife owner for over 10… I've been a SOG knife owner for over 10 years. From my first Trident to the latest Trident, I have purchased 6 knives, 2 keychains and a tabletop sharpener. All are first rate quality especially the USA made OTS Automatic I bought last year from SMKW in Sevierville, TN. Saving my mad money for their OTF Automatic.

B.S customer service I bought the fasthawk and within 1 month the handle busted. I was communicating with a customer service rep and he told me that he was sending me a replacement handle and I was content. Then 4 months later still no handle and now they won't answer the DAMN phone or return emails. I will never buy another one of their products again.

SOG Multi-Tool POWER LOCK I've had my SOG Multi-Tool POWER LOCK EOD - BLACK, V-CUTTER for a couple years now and after heavy use had damaged the pliers. I notified SOG and they not only responded immediately but they sent me new plier parts free of charge the very next day. I'm super impressed with SOG customer service!! Very good company! I stumbled upon this company by accident, but I was glad I did. The cheapest online prices I have found for SOG knives. A very nice $5 CNC engraving option (I had my name engraved). Fast and detailed shipping rounds out a very pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a good knive, and especially those looking specifically for SOG.

DO NOT give this company your money DO NOT give this company your money. They do not offer a repair or parts service whatsoever. I have a SOG Tac model that I bought online and have had for a few years and the internal spring broke. The blade and handle still in near perfect condition I figured I would simply order a spring for it. Wrong. According to SOG I just have myself a nice $150 wall ornament now. They told me they do not offer parts or repair service. After many complaints through email the best they could do was offer me a measly 30% off my next purchase. No thanks. I will not give this company another cent. Benchmade would have sent new springs no questions asked. Lord knows there's a million of them sitting on the manufacturing line. This company is not the same since it was bought out by another outfit.
