SOG Multi-Tool POWER LOCK I've had my SOG Multi-Tool POWER LOCK EOD - BLACK, V-CUTTER for a couple years now and after heavy use had damaged the pliers. I notified SOG and they not only responded immediately but they sent me new plier parts free of charge the very next day. I'm super impressed with SOG customer service!! I would recommend their products to everyone! Thanks again. ~Nick~

I spoke with 4 different customer… I spoke with 4 different customer service people and each one said “we are working on our customer support “. They said it takes 21 business days to refund my money on an item they advertised but didn’t say it would take 4 months to ship. Stay away. There are better companies to buy from. It is going to take a month to get my refund.

Don't buy a SOG Don't trust this company, I bought a SOG while in the US. Th equality is questionable, the blades were blunt the file is fake and the pliers mechanism is crunchy. Several tries to contact the company have gotten me nowhere, they don't respond to email or their own contact page. they have been described as "shady " in another review but they have long passed that, they are just trading on the name and taking money for nothing but cheap tat.

The blade release jammed up inside and… The blade release jammed up inside and the blade would only shut halfway so because I forced it to shut and broke the back out a bit they told me it wouldn't be covered under warranty .the inside malfunctioned I would think that would be a defective knife and they said no can't help you.

My Flash II SOG will not close - Never buy SOG. My Flash II SOG will not close. It's a throw out! I contacted the company and they will not fix or replace. It is barely used and not abused - none of their "warrantee rejection reasons" below relate to my care of the knife. I will never again by a SOG knife and recommend that you don't either. Here's the Company Response for my request for help: Thank you for submitting your online warranty request. We regret to inform you that your request has been denied. Our Sog warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, resharpening, damage caused by misuse, lack of normal maintenance, or disassembly. We do not have replacement parts to send out or for purchase.
