Don't buy a SOG Don't trust this company, I bought a SOG while in the US. Th equality is questionable, the blades were blunt the file is fake and the pliers mechanism is crunchy. Several tries to contact the company have gotten me nowhere, they don't respond to email or their own contact page. they have been described as "shady " in another review but they have long passed that, they are just trading on the name and taking money for nothing but cheap tat.

It is barely used and not abused - none of their "warrantee rejection reasons" below relate to my care of the knife. I will never again by a SOG knife and recommend that you don't either. Here's the Company Response for my request for help: Thank you for submitting your online warranty request. We regret to inform you that your request has been denied. Our Sog warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, resharpening, damage caused by misuse, lack of normal maintenance, or disassembly. We do not have replacement parts to send out or for purchase.

I bought a brand new SOG Twitch II… I bought a brand new SOG Twitch II pocket knife with the lifetime guarantee. I've owned this knife for 4 years and the assist spring broke making it a manual opening pocket knife. SOG customer service told me because I bought this knife from eBay they will not honor the "lifetime guarantee". Beware of lifetime guarantees from SOG Knives.

I've been a SOG knife owner for over 10… I've been a SOG knife owner for over 10 years. From my first Trident to the latest Trident, I have purchased 6 knives, 2 keychains and a tabletop sharpener. All are first rate quality especially the USA made OTS Automatic I bought last year from SMKW in Sevierville, TN. Saving my mad money for their OTF Automatic.

SOG Multi-Tool POWER LOCK I've had my SOG Multi-Tool POWER LOCK EOD - BLACK, V-CUTTER for a couple years now and after heavy use had damaged the pliers. I notified SOG and they not only responded immediately but they sent me new plier parts free of charge the very next day. I'm super impressed with SOG customer service!!
