Very good company! I stumbled upon this company by accident, but I was glad I did. The cheapest online prices I have found for SOG knives. A very nice $5 CNC engraving option (I had my name engraved). Fast and detailed shipping rounds out a very pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a good knive, and especially those looking specifically for SOG.

I have tried 5 times to get an updated… I have tried 5 times to get an updated status on my order. 4 of those times I sent message and never got a response. Called the 5th time to and was on hold listening to a recording for an hour. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Will never order from this company again.

SOG Multi-Tool POWER LOCK I've had my SOG Multi-Tool POWER LOCK EOD - BLACK, V-CUTTER for a couple years now and after heavy use had damaged the pliers. I notified SOG and they not only responded immediately but they sent me new plier parts free of charge the very next day. I'm super impressed with SOG customer service!! I spoke with 4 different customer… I spoke with 4 different customer service people and each one said “we are working on our customer support “. They said it takes 21 business days to refund my money on an item they advertised but didn’t say it would take 4 months to ship. Stay away. There are better companies to buy from. It is going to take a month to get my refund.

Don't buy a SOG Don't trust this company, I bought a SOG while in the US. Th equality is questionable, the blades were blunt the file is fake and the pliers mechanism is crunchy. Several tries to contact the company have gotten me nowhere, they don't respond to email or their own contact page. they have been described as "shady " in another review but they have long passed that, they are just trading on the name and taking money for nothing but cheap tat.
