Great overview of key SaaS metrics The availability of videos to prepare for live sessions is helpful. Ben talks you through key metrics and answers questions. The additional templates and benchmarks are useful in putting them into practice. A must take coarse for anyone looking to bring transparency and institute operating leverage at a SaaS company.
