Anyone running a start-up or scale-up SaaS business should either attend themselves or get their FD/CFO to attend without hesitation. The knowledge I gained is priceless, understanding the nuances around SaaS metrics and KPI’s will avoid difficult investor conversations down the line, and the Excel templates and benchmarking tools have enabled me to fine tune our business model and projections in line with industry benchmarks.
