They came out within 24 hours to review and then offered a free treatment as we are valued customers. What great customer service and would highly recommend the company.

GBCosts versus Benefits I am a senior citizen and I have relied on Green Thumb for many years However, we have seen both foxes as well as badgers repeatedly destroy our lawn, even after expensive pest control treatments I could not recommend Green Thumb, if you live in a rural area where animals are likely to be present I have also paid for lawn scarifying to prevent the growth of moss but GT just bag the debris and leave the customer to dispose of the bags. Difficult for a senior citizen who is no longer driving! Ultimately the cost of the service far outweighed any visible benefits so I closed the account.

GBSour taste Every appointment was rebooked, the cost went up before any improvement was seen, the front and middle lawns were in a worse condition after the last treatment, they had no solution to dogs using a lawn, and finally after we cancelled, my last chat with them was “ you will be reimbursed for any over payments” they called one time after that but I was busy and finally we got a rude e-mail today saying we actually owed £40 and they were taking us to court, we paid immediately, but it has left a sour taste. Read a gardening book and buy some weed and feed. It’s cheaper.

GBTerrible customer service. Having used GreenThumb, Glasgow for years, I kept advising their office staff to align my treatments with my neighbours as we share a front lawn. Other people around us also use GreenThumb but our visits are invariably undertaken on different days. The admin is a shambles. Further proof of how poor the admin is, relates to my wife contacting the online portal to say we wanted to restart the service. Her call not mine! A week later no one has contacted us. Unbelievably poor customer service, even with new business enquiries. Surely whoever owns the franchise can’t be happy with the performance of the office team. The field staff are excellent but let down by the office staff!

GBI've used Green Thumb Worcester for a… I've used Green Thumb Worcester for a number of years, since moving into this region. All the workforce that have visited, have been courteous, cheerful and hard working. On completion of their work, they leave my garden in a clean and almost not worked on state (I have CCTV so I know they've been). I can't recommend them highly enough.
