Great customer service We have used Green Thumb since moving into a new house 3 years ago. We have recently had problems with our lawns due to Red thread lawn disease. They came out within 24 hours to review and then offered a free treatment as we are valued customers. What great customer service and would highly recommend the company.

Costs versus Benefits I am a senior citizen and I have relied on Green Thumb for many years However, we have seen both foxes as well as badgers repeatedly destroy our lawn, even after expensive pest control treatments I could not recommend Green Thumb, if you live in a rural area where animals are likely to be present I have also paid for lawn scarifying to prevent the growth of moss but GT just bag the debris and leave the customer to dispose of the bags. Difficult for a senior citizen who is no longer driving! Ultimately the cost of the service far outweighed any visible benefits so I closed the account.

They don’t answer my emails - a bit different when I cancelled my treatment plan - their manager was ringing me constantly in a threatening manner even though I had email confirmation that they would put my plan on hold.
