Lawn Looking Good at Last We moved into a new home 2 years ago. After a year it was clear the developers couldn't get the lawn near where we wanted it so we called in the experts. Green Thumb primarily through their representative, Stephen Vicat, have helped us get a real lawn. The task was massive with part of the lawn ravaged by leather jackets and jackdaws and the rest very patchy at best. Steve is full of useful advice and guidance and has made a big difference. We have had a few occasions where head office have given us inconsistent or wrong advice but overall Green Thumb have done a good job so 4 stars to Green Thumb and certainly 5 stars to Steve.

Great job by Darren! Darren came to do our Spring treatment this week. He has been to us a few times before and is always extremely friendly and does an amazingly professional job! All the staff at Green Thumb are so helpful and friendly and a real credit to the company!

Terrible service from Green Thumb (Stevenage) I had a scarification done by this company 11/9/23 large areas of the lawn has not been touched. I am very dissapointed. Even though they returned to assess their work and acknowledged that the scarification was poor. They said they would reschedule however their manager refused and is demanding payment for their poor work and will charge again if I want them to correct their poor work.

Bandits I was presented with a price increase of 89% (to cover their increased costs!) so for me it was a no brainer to cancel. Companies that treat their loyal customers like this don't last very long. Mark my words - they will go bust.

They don’t answer my emails - a bit different when I cancelled my treatment plan - their manager was ringing me constantly in a threatening manner even though I had email confirmation that they would put my plan on hold.
