I have been using green thumb Romsey… I work at a Churchill retirement Lodge in Lymington and have large grounds and have been using green thumb from Romsey since February and have been extremely pleased with the results after using their services. My grass has improved significantly and looks lush and green even after the extreme heat that we had. The customer service side is also exceptional and a pleasure to speak to the office team and the team on the ground are always polite and do a great job.

Great customer service We have used Green Thumb since moving into a new house 3 years ago. We have recently had problems with our lawns due to Red thread lawn disease. They came out within 24 hours to review and then offered a free treatment as we are valued customers. What great customer service and would highly recommend the company.

Service with a smile Steve came by while we were away and lawns were covered in leaves...normally leave clean and ready...he spent 20 minutes blowing these away and continued the treatment. No note, no comment and when we saw him today for our next treatment he made no mention until I thanked him. Great ambassador alongside Gill in office who is my guardian angel when I need to change visits etc. Jmaes

They don’t answer my emails - a bit different when I cancelled my treatment plan - their manager was ringing me constantly in a threatening manner even though I had email confirmation that they would put my plan on hold. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE COWBOYS
