Costs versus Benefits I am a senior citizen and I have relied on Green Thumb for many years However, we have seen both foxes as well as badgers repeatedly destroy our lawn, even after expensive pest control treatments I could not recommend Green Thumb, if you live in a rural area where animals are likely to be present I have also paid for lawn scarifying to prevent the growth of moss but GT just bag the debris and leave the customer to dispose of the bags. Difficult for a senior citizen who is no longer driving! Ultimately the cost of the service far outweighed any visible benefits so I closed the account.

Great customer service We have used Green Thumb since moving into a new house 3 years ago. We have recently had problems with our lawns due to Red thread lawn disease. They came out within 24 hours to review and then offered a free treatment as we are valued customers. What great customer service and would highly recommend the company.

Rob - a great service Rob arrived on time, very courteous and removed his boots going through our house. He explained the treatment details. Rob also gave me some feedback on my lawn that enables me in spring to do a small amount of work to it. Nice guy. Great service and good employee.

I've used Green Thumb Worcester for a… I've used Green Thumb Worcester for a number of years, since moving into this region. All the workforce that have visited, have been courteous, cheerful and hard working. On completion of their work, they leave my garden in a clean and almost not worked on state (I have CCTV so I know they've been). I can't recommend them highly enough.
