Great customer service We have used Green Thumb since moving into a new house 3 years ago. We have recently had problems with our lawns due to Red thread lawn disease. They came out within 24 hours to review and then offered a free treatment as we are valued customers. What great customer service and would highly recommend the company.

They don’t answer my emails - a bit different when I cancelled my treatment plan - their manager was ringing me constantly in a threatening manner even though I had email confirmation that they would put my plan on hold. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE COWBOYS
