Service with a smile Steve came by while we were away and lawns were covered in leaves...normally leave clean and ready...he spent 20 minutes blowing these away and continued the treatment. No note, no comment and when we saw him today for our next treatment he made no mention until I thanked him. Great ambassador alongside Gill in office who is my guardian angel when I need to change visits etc. Jmaes

Bandits I was presented with a price increase of 89% (to cover their increased costs!) so for me it was a no brainer to cancel. Companies that treat their loyal customers like this don't last very long. Mark my words - they will go bust.

Great customer service We have used Green Thumb since moving into a new house 3 years ago. We have recently had problems with our lawns due to Red thread lawn disease. They came out within 24 hours to review and then offered a free treatment as we are valued customers. What great customer service and would highly recommend the company.
