Kudos to CTS and Karen Haney on the Excel Part I course Karen Haney did a great job offering the ins and outs of Excel Part I. She made the day enjoyable and we learned in a fun, easy going, engaging environment. No question was too silly and Karen even provided us great notes as one of the many take-a-ways at the end of the day. I'm glad I participated in-class in downtown Chicago as I was able to engage with the other participants and Karen in a way that allowed us to learn, explore and walk away with a greater understanding of Excel. A special note of thanks to Karen and the CTS team. Great facility, too and the entire staff was very helpful, especially Patrick in the lead up to the course.

Excellent class Excellent class! My instructor, Karen did an awesome job in explaining and showing the best practices of both of my excel classes. I left out with a good understanding and how to tackle any excel project. I want to say hats off to Karen for being a great teacher!!!!

My experience with the CTI class was that it was helpful to get me started with Excel and to fear it less. My experience with the CTI class was very positive. There was a steady pace to the class but I felt I could stop and ask a question at any time. The instructor was upbeat and thorough.

This was a great class This was a great class! The instructor was organized, very easy to understand and taught us so many things. At first, when I was just reading the manual, I was worried I wouldn't grasp certain parts of the program. That was not an issue at all! I would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to fine tune their Microsoft Word abilities.
