I had the best instructor ever, I passed my CISSP!!! Overall, my experience has been wonderful. I took a CISSP class, and I passed. The material was extremely challenging, however, since it's a Cyber Security course, you should expect nothing less. With a course like Cyber Security, you definitely need a very patient and an instructor who knows his stuff inside and out. Thankfully, my instructor Jo Escotal not only had these qualities but was very helpful anytime I was stuck trying to make sense of anything that was stumping me.

A Great Experience. :) I took a class yesterday and it was a wonderful class. I was able to get a refresher on my excel skills as well as I learned some new tricks and procedures with using excel. The instructure was amazing, personable, and fun. He really kept the class engaged. I will be sure to ask for him again for my next class. Angela did a great job managing both in… Angela did a great job managing both in person and online participants. She was personable and stayed on task. She even explained the appendix in the back of the book and walked us through the process for taking the Excel certification tests. The Naperville location is conveniently located and offers the perfect classroom setting.
