Excel Part 2: Intermediate The class moves along at a good pace. The instructor, Karen, was excellent at answering questions and keeping the class moving. I was impressed at how much info we covered. She was able to answer all questions well and provide several ways of achieving the end result. I finally understand pivot tables!!

My experience with the CTI class was that it was helpful to get me started with Excel and to fear it less. My experience with the CTI class was very positive. There was a steady pace to the class but I felt I could stop and ask a question at any time. The instructor was upbeat and thorough.

Hello Hello, I enjoyed both Excel 1 and Excel 2. There were some hiccups, but we got through them. I appreciate the patience from Danielle, she was awesome. Excel 1's instructor (name escapes me at the moment) was good as well, appreciate her patience too. I look forward to taking Excel 3 when it becomes possible for me to do so. Kudos to CTS and Karen Haney on the Excel Part I course Karen Haney did a great job offering the ins and outs of Excel Part I. She made the day enjoyable and we learned in a fun, easy going, engaging environment. No question was too silly and Karen even provided us great notes as one of the many take-a-ways at the end of the day. I'm glad I participated in-class in downtown Chicago as I was able to engage with the other participants and Karen in a way that allowed us to learn, explore and walk away with a greater understanding of Excel. A special note of thanks to Karen and the CTS team. Great facility, too and the entire staff was very helpful, especially Patrick in the lead up to the course.
