Unable to get assitance Well, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I have viewed all of the lessons, but now I need help navigating to talk to someone specific, and on the website, the only thing I keep seeing is the lessons I have already viewed. It will not deviate from the lesson plans, and I can't see anything else to go to the help section. The lessons were very helpful, but now I need to get to the next step and can't get a hold of anyone.

It started watching youtube videos from… It started watching youtube videos from VA Claims Academy. He is very "to the point". I decided to join the Academy and am not disappointed at all. Lessons are laid out in a functional manner and are easy to navigate. This has helped me more with my VA claim than any other website I have visited.

Trusting the Process What made my experience great, was that not only did VA claims Academy help and assist with new claims, but helped with past claims and listened and cared about my time in service and wanted to help improve my life after my time in service. They explained each step and process and for the first time felt like everything was going to turn out good for not only me, but my family.

Jordan is awesome Jordan is awesome! He helped me through every part of the process. He’s honest and transparent. Really helped me understand how the process works. He’s interested in helping veterans get what they deserve and not looking to falsify or do anything shady. A lot of organizations I talked with left me feeling uneasy. Jordan gives you the education you need to file your claims yourself and legitimately get 100% that you deserve. Can’t say enough
