Trusting the Process What made my experience great, was that not only did VA claims Academy help and assist with new claims, but helped with past claims and listened and cared about my time in service and wanted to help improve my life after my time in service. More one on one assistance The info is awesome, but I would like to see a more one in one approach when working in personal statements and while actual working on my va claims draft.
