GBVery well explained Very well explained, excellent tools. I just think I need to go through a more detailed basic training. I had it several times throughout my Six Sigma training but did not apply it every day. I just need a refresher.

GBThe best stats package The best stats package, I used while doing master black belt projects. Easy to use, great help materials, works well with MS office. Though quite expensive

GBMostly great service! The migration to the cloud license version of the application was great. It took a little longer than it should have for SSO migration, but once someone got in touch with us, SSO was working as intended.

GBIt took almost 3 weeks and multiple… It took almost 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to get my Minitab license activated. very poor customer service. Was almost ready to ditch it and do the analysis in Python.
