Ample capabilities It was very interesting to see the capabilities of the program. I hope I can put it in effect in my daily activities and that I will have technical support for it.

It took almost 3 weeks and multiple… It took almost 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to get my Minitab license activated. very poor customer service. Was almost ready to ditch it and do the analysis in Python.

Excellent software Excellent software. Nice the procedure to switch the licence when you change laptop. The drawback: it is expensive.

Mostly great service! The migration to the cloud license version of the application was great. It took a little longer than it should have for SSO migration, but once someone got in touch with us, SSO was working as intended.
