GBMostly great service! The migration to the cloud license version of the application was great. It took a little longer than it should have for SSO migration, but once someone got in touch with us, SSO was working as intended.

DEcompetent support competent support, but actually the setup process for minitab and additional modules is a bit weird - without help a correct setup was not possible for me. N.B. I am Minitab user since 1997...

CAGreat training on minitab and basic statistics Jose was a great teacher, explaining things clearly and moving at a pace that kept our group together! And industry examples were helpful to visualize how we would utilize these skills. I also appreciated the ability to perform the functions in parallel,

CNHelp reminder easy to find Some function are very useful, however too much function are easy to forget and longtime no use. If help reminders could be easy to show, it will be better.

NLMy knowledge of statistics was rather… My knowledge of statistics was rather limited, however I was totally able to follow the entire course and learned a lot. I really felt comfortable during the training asking any 'silly' questions and really liked the positive vibe.
