She's prompt, courteous, and quick to orchestrate a meeting with relevant 'answer havers' with our technical team addressing implementation concerns. We made it through the transformation with only a few minor bumps so far, mostly the IT stuff took a bit, but once done, seems to work well. Your team is great!

DEcompetent support competent support, but actually the setup process for minitab and additional modules is a bit weird - without help a correct setup was not possible for me. N.B. I am Minitab user since 1997...

CLYou are the worst software supplier You are the worst software supplier. Longer time for enterprise purchase or companies which work with purchase orders. They provide you a Subscription ID to renew the license, but they don't know what that is and if you ask then they never respond. So disappointed with the service.

NLMy knowledge of statistics was rather… My knowledge of statistics was rather limited, however I was totally able to follow the entire course and learned a lot. I really felt comfortable during the training asking any 'silly' questions and really liked the positive vibe.
