She's prompt, courteous, and quick to orchestrate a meeting with relevant 'answer havers' with our technical team addressing implementation concerns. We made it through the transformation with only a few minor bumps so far, mostly the IT stuff took a bit, but once done, seems to work well. Your team is great!

CNHelp reminder easy to find Some function are very useful, however too much function are easy to forget and longtime no use. If help reminders could be easy to show, it will be better.

NLMy knowledge of statistics was rather… My knowledge of statistics was rather limited, however I was totally able to follow the entire course and learned a lot. I really felt comfortable during the training asking any 'silly' questions and really liked the positive vibe.
