She's prompt, courteous, and quick to orchestrate a meeting with relevant 'answer havers' with our technical team addressing implementation concerns. GBMostly great service! The migration to the cloud license version of the application was great. It took a little longer than it should have for SSO migration, but once someone got in touch with us, SSO was working as intended.
