She's prompt, courteous, and quick to orchestrate a meeting with relevant 'answer havers' with our technical team addressing implementation concerns. We made it through the transformation with only a few minor bumps so far, mostly the IT stuff took a bit, but once done, seems to work well. Your team is great!

competent support competent support, but actually the setup process for minitab and additional modules is a bit weird - without help a correct setup was not possible for me. N.B. I am Minitab user since 1997...
