Good device I’m glad I bought this device. I like that it helps with your pelvic exercises. I did have to fold a small towel and place on each side to make more comfortable

Used the product for the first time and… Used the product for the first time and learned I did not know how to do a proper kegel. I'm in my mid 50s and my results were predictable -- weak. I do feel a strange burning sensation in my perineum area. I hope it's fatigue. Seems like the product does what it is supposed to do. I'll stay at it to improve my urinary and sexual health.
