GBMakes doing Kegel exercise less of a chore. I honestly never thought doing kegels could be fun..I hated it so much I was always skipping it. CAEasy & Fun Very sleek-looking and simple. The instructions were easy to follow to set it up, took only around a minute. It's easy to use, and you can do it any time, wearing any clothes, just sitting at my desk. Honestly, it's really fun!

GBGets you wanting to do your kegels I think I had the same reservations about his device as everyone else: kegel are easy to do on your own without any equipment and for free, so who needs this thing? Of course, I never actually did them, at least not with any consistency. And now, I’m a complete convert. This is a great device. It provides several workout modes and keeps track of your workouts. . Total setup was less than 5 minutes. The sensor unit seems very well made. Bottom line is I’m doing a workout twice a day consistently and making real progress. I’m very glad I made this purchase. After two weeks I have this additional thought, one big benefit of this device is that it provides the illusion of working against resistance which makes the exercises easier to focus on and do.
