GBMakes doing kegals consistently easier. Sure I can and have been doing k's for a while. But this "trainer" elevates my practice to more consistent in time, intensity. I have a routine everyday. I put the trainer in a conspicuous place to remind me and then read the newspaper while doing. I like the vibration to keep me on track. Sure I could possibly do without it but I like/need the structure.

AURehab for the Seniors Purchased tool for mothers rehab and I will say best purchase I made this year. It's doing exactly what it was designed to do for her age.

CAExcellent exercise for pelvic floor muscles I was very skeptical about this thing and was prepared to return it if it did not measure up. It's pricey for what seems like a fairly simple gadget. After my first use, I love it. Following my prostatectomy I just was not sure whether my kegel exercises were correct. This device not only gives you biofeedback it also adds some fun to the process while keeping track of your progress.

AUWorks ok, needs improvment This works ok but I think it can be improved a lot by adding a way to add resistance. This is great for someone who doesn't work out a lot but i feel like if you exercise anyway, this is going to feel too "light" of resistance to do anything. Even for someone who doesn't work out a lot, if you use it consistently for a few weeks then it starts to be too easy to do and you have to use it for longer. The sides are also uncomfortable to use. If you have bigger thighs, it can feel like it pinches sometimes.

GBInteresting contraption I'm not sure if I like this or not. It does what it advertises but it's just awkward.
